Stopped here on a solo motorcycle tour of the north. It is an old motel but the owners have really kept the place in great shape. My room had had some remodelling. The bathroom and tub were great. Wonderful matress, the sheets and towels were very soft and clean. When they remodelled they installed the quiet bathroom fan not the cheap ones that sound like turboprops. Although the motel is located on a busy street, I still had a sound sleep. Lots of restaurants nearby. When I arrived on a hot sunny day, one of the owners handed me a cold bottle of water. He made sure my side stand had a chock under the stand foot so as not to sink in the gravel. He then brought out clean rags and Windex do that I could get some of the road grime off of my machine. These owners are hard working and thoughtful. I am definitely returning.

We booked rooms ahead of time and were very happy with the rooms and the service. Keton greeted us at the door and could not do enough for us. He brought out cold bottles of water, wood for the kick stands, spray and towels to wipe down the bikes. He was fantastic. Rooms were very clean with all the amenities. We would recommended this motel.

We booked the day before our stay. When we called, the manager was out in the yard taking care of someone else, but called us back promptly to take and confirmed our bookings. When we showed up, the rooms were ready, the manager offered us cold bottles of water which was greatly appreciated. The rooms were clean, air-conditioned, and close to restaurants. It was surprisingly quiet for being so close to the main highway. Parking was in front of our room door. I was pleased to find actual wine glasses, not plastic. I would definitely recommend this place.

I was greeted by Ketan, the manager, when I checked in at just about 4 pm on the dot. There were no cars in the lot but I had read reviews and been advised by a fellow motorcyclist that this place was a rare find. I registered and was given a cold water. Ketan put me in a single room in the back of the motel. The parking space for my Goldwing was almost immediately in front of my room. Ketan came down as I parked and provided me with clean towels and Windex to clean off the front of the bike. He went out of his way to give me advice on where to go for dinner but advised that the place next door was a nice place and a copy of the menu is in each room. I opted to walk next door.
The room is clean and comfortable. All furnishings are well taken care of and there is absolutely no odor or any indication of a lackluster approach to housekeeping. The TV is new and crystal clear with a great cable link. The Wi-Fi, in the far back corner, worked flawlessly. I can’t think of a thing that could be done better. The price, considering it is summer in a tourist town, was not bad. I have paid more for much less. I would highly recommend this property to anyone traveling to The Soo.

Good location on Trans-Canada coming into the Sault. Older motel but well-maintained. Very friendly reception. Provided complimentary chilled bottles of water, which were really refreshing after a long drive. Clerk directed us to a few restaurant options close by. Room was very clean. Comfortable bed. Fridge, microwave, coffeemaker.

Clean, comfortable room for one night on our drive east. Bathroom was updated, bed comfortable and fridge useful. A/C helpful and amazingly quiet considering just near the TransCanada highway. Check in quick and easy. Parking right in front of your room made unloading the car and reloading easy. Best coffee we have had so far on our trip.

Booked sight unseen from other good reviews. We were not disappointed. CLEAN, comfortable and friendly. We've stayed in much more expensive hotels and motels that were not even close. Driving into the parking lot with flower pots lining the units, my wife said "Oh, this is nice!" So, yes, we recommend.

A welcome place to spend the night after a long day of driving. Very clean room with a fridge and microwave, etc. They only had double beds instead of queen size which we would have preferred but the beds were very comfortable. Very friendly and easy to check in. We have stayed at this motel a few years ago and it is very reasonably priced.

We stayed here on the first night of our recent Lake Superior trip and enjoyed it so much we stayed here again on the return swing. Outside the motel doesn’t look very thrilling but the rooms we had were excellent. Very clean and quiet with comfortable beds and well kept amenities. The owner was very nice and helpful and remembered us when we returned a week later.
The area has plenty of fast food options as well as a few grocery stores. I would also suggest trying out nearby Holy Cow Ice Cream for a tasty treat!

This drive-up motel is always a good choice when traveling through Sault Ste Marie. It is a traveler's choice for accessibility and easy parking. I like these clean, older style, budget friendly motels for road trips as they provide all the necessities to make for a good night's stay.
