Would recommend the Pan Pacific for families. Hotel was beautiful, service was unbeatable. Location the best there is. Will go again for sure. The ski lockers make everything so easy and there are some special things for the kids.

Polite and helpful staff on a great location, close to many stores and restaurants. The hotel is on the side of the mountain, what is perfect. It's very clean and would recommend everyone and we would definitely make plans to come back to this hotel.

Location can't be beat. Rooms were clean and comfortable, though there was a lot of furniture crammed into the small space. The mattress in the murphy bed was a bit soft for my liking. The pool and hot tubs were great and the pool deck is the best spot in town to watch the fire

Dear Kyle, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review! We truly appreciate your kind words about our Mountainside location and the view from the pool deck. Hope you enjoyed a hot chocolate or two during Fire and Ice! Dear Valued Guest, Thank you for taking the time to leave us your amazing feedback about the hotel. We are so happy to see that you and your family were able to enjoy the location of the hotel as well as the Fire & Ice show from the pool deck. We are sorry to see that it was crowded. Unfortunately, it is one of the most popular events run by Whistler Blackcomb and only runs once a week. We are also sorry to hear that there was some noise experienced during your stay. With the location being in close proximity to the skiers plaza the busiest après and bar spaces are also located very close by. If you choose to look into staying with us once again, we may suggest staying on a higher floor on a different side of the hotel in order to minimize the amount of noise flowing into your room. However, we genuinely hope that this did not detract from your stay too much. We would love nothing more than to be able to welcome you and your family back to Pan Pacific and Whistler again in the future. Please reach out to us directly so that we can find the best room to suit your needs. Kindest regards, Mirela B - Guest Experience

Does the hotel provide plastic cups for the hot tubs? Are robes included in the rooms?
Yes and yes. Plenty of wine drinking from plastic cups! I brought my daughter’s robe from home though because we are down there everyday.

Hi there!! What is the difference in the lower level rooms vs upper level? Just the view!?
Our lower level room was over the pool (not necessarily all of them are), so it was nosier because of all the action, but it had a great view. Our upper level room was facing the back side of Whistler mountain (but still had views of mountains) and was quiet. Both rooms were exactly alike inside. I called the hotel directly to ask about the difference and they were happy to explain it to me.

No just that we had a fridge. Nothing to do with the view, or quit ness or the 2x double beds we had

Considering a Studio Room on lower level. Will it be noisy?
I was on the fourth floor. No noisiness with the exception of a bit of noise until 10pm from the pools/hot tub area. Nothing major.

"Mountain view rooms are great"
"corners have LOTS of windows! IF you go higher, you are further from the noise of the action below."
"Avoid booking directly with hotel. Floor 3-5 have no privacy. Only half of the mountain view room have real mountain view."
"Ask for a wing that isn’t above the Dublin Gate Bar"
"Always quiet. Top floors have amazing large chalet style windows which are nice and give a very open feel with vaulted ceilings."
