Stayed 3 nights. Very nice rooms. Helpful concierge. Let us store our rental bikes. Small but good workout room, pool and hot tub. Close to main attractions. Expensive breakfast - ate elsewhere. Is part hotel and part condominium but that was fine.

Robson Street is a shopper's paradise. Whether a window shopper or a serious trendsetter, a fashionista or a dabbler, the crowd of independent boutiques, quirky one-off shops, and well-known luxury brands on Robson Street have something to cater for every itch in your wallet. As a result, it draws a diverse crowd, and the people-watching along this famous walking thoroughfare is a primary attraction. In between the

You don't really need Canadian $ until you get downtown from the airport as long as you have a credit card. Once you arrive downtown, you can go to any Canadian banks for currency exchange and use ATMs. I personally would not use private currency exchange places because they sometimes overcharge you especially in Vancouver downtown.

Our closest Sky Train Station to Hotel BLU is Yaletown-Roundhouse and this will take you to the Vancouver International Airport (YVR). It is a 10 Minute walk from the Hotel. Taxi Fare to the Airport (depends on traffic and time of day) but, we quote $45 fare to our guests (approximately fee and time).

We have a couple of different options for you. You can walk straight down Robson Street (cross street of the hotel) to Georgia Street - this will get you to the entrance of the Stanley Park - about a 35 minute walk. We also have 3 bikes available to use and it would take about 15 minutes via the Dunsmuir & Cambie Bikeway. We also share a Hotel Shuttle that could drop you off at the entrance - the walk around Stanley Park takes 2 - 3 hours depending on your speed and stops to enjoy the nature! Our breakfast in the Azure Lounge is exactly how Allen has described above but, do serve some eggs and bacon but, have so many other choices you will not be disappointed!
