The Cotswolds are lovely! Tumbling hills, lavender horizons, wildlife, walks and waterparks - they're all on offer, and what's more, they're all on the doorstep of Calcot and Calcot Spa. With an indoor pool, secluded (lavender-lined) courtyard, hot tub and log fire, gymnasium and multiple treatment rooms stocked with the best therapists and the best products, Calcot is renowned as one of the most luxurious spa hotels in the Cotswolds. 35 bedrooms and they're all beautiful - we guarantee that bit. We've suites in all shapes and sizes and two-floored (separate bedroomed) cottages - ideal for families. All within a 220-acre meadowland that has lots to do (or not - that's up to you). Tennis courts, climbing frames, outdoor pool, running routes, cycle tracks, a disc golf course and a woodland gymnasium!

Hi Ian T, We would suggest you call and inquire on the day you plan to visit, anything outside of treatment bookings is usually approved by management beforehand as the Spa may be fully booked. Hope this helps?

Dear Jemma F, We are very child friendly and can accommodate children of any age as we have family accommodation each set up with baby monitors, baby box with bottle warmer/sterilisers, changing mat and fridges. we also have the registered crèche facilities, situated in a converted barn in the courtyard of the hotel. The Playzone and The Mez offer childcare for children from newborn to 16 years old. The downstairs area is packed with toys and games for children of all ages and is supervised by qualified nannies. The mezzanine level (The Mez) is an unsupervised area for children of 8 years and older. The Mez incorporates a cinema and studio packed with Playstations, X-Boxes and computers. Children are also invited to use the indoor swimming pool in The Spa from 3.45pm until 5.15pm every afternoon and also from 8.45am until10.15am on a Saturday and Sunday morning. I don't remember any and I think not. Under the heading "Accessibility" the website states "Many rooms are located on the ground floor, with ramped access and reasonably large bathrooms, but these are not in the main house."
