Year after year they constantly impress us! Thank you so very much for everything. The staff are always kind and welcoming. A special thanks to Eduardo Acosta for helping us celebrate our friend, Veronica in such a special way! Other honorable mentions are: Sergio and Yolanda at the buffet and Pablo and Pedro at the pool bar, Socorro and Felix at the Grill. Thank you all and we will see you again next year!
had the best time ever at Krystal❣️❣️❣️❣️ because of JULIA 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 the activities at the hotel were fabulous... i loved the volleyball & the water aerobics & if that wasn't enough, the 3 hour tour downtown was my most favorite....🥰😍😘
We stayed at the Krystal Grand for seven days and were quite underwhelmed with the facilities. However, I would like to say that from the moment we got off the airport transportation we were greeted and helped by Moises who is fantastic. He made sure to go out of his way to accommodate any questions we had, helped our family book reservations at the Japanese restaurant and recommended authentic Mexican restaurants to visit in the city. For the not so great - pictures on their website are clearly outdated and I would not consider this to be a 4 star resort like they advertise it to be. The doors leading to the balcony in our room did not close properly and caused the air conditioning in the room to not turn on. When maintenance came to address this issue they simply slammed the doors together and told us this was a non-issue, this caused us to not to be able to open our balcony doors since we did not want to deal with the hassle of the air conditioning sensors malfunctioning. Run don’t walk if you want to get a lounge chair under an umbrella by the pool. It seems that people go very early, throw random pieces like shoes sunscreen or other personal belongings to claim lounge chairs in the shade. By 9 AM there’s absolutely no shaded chairs left to be had. There is no pool service at the adults only pool which I found bizarre, you have to walk/swim to the pool bar to get any drinks. At the main pool there is pool service but might as well not have any since they take over 30 minutes to bring you a drink order. Monday through Thursday there’s only the Buffet open for breakfast causing big lines and waiting times especially on Mondays when most people are checking out. On three occasions I asked bartenders to make the “drink of the day” that is advertised on their daily bulletin and on two of these occasions I was told by the bartender that they were not familiar with the drink of the day - Completely unacceptable since it seems very easy to solve this communication issue with their bar staff. There is only entertainment on two nights of the week, otherwise nothing goes on during the night time. The food at the three restaurants is subpar. The Japanese restaurant is the best of the three. They seem to have a Mexican restaurant but it did not open the seven days we were there. Pack your patience for the snack bar by the pool as the lines are extremely long especially during the weekend. I will say that the ice cream from the coffee shop in the lobby is fantastic and might have been the highlight of the trip for me. I hope this review helps people like me who were expecting a true four-star resort to get clarity and adjust their expectations. The place needs a lot of TLC and could really use a lot more staff to be even remotely close to a four-star experience.…
We had a very good time my wife and I. The lodging was fantastic the views were great. But most of all the service was very very good. I thanked Moisés García for all his assistance in get my wife and I safe travel solutions back and forth to San Jose Del Cabo.
