Hotel's Favourite
Incredible experience in Cabo staying in this fabulous hotel. From the moment we arrive one of the managers (Tom) give us the welcome and immediately another kind person offered us a fresh margarita. The check-in was easy and effort less. We arrive to our room or I may say Suite, Casa, Villa ( 3 bedroom, full kitchen, two balconies one with a plunge pool, living room. Washer, dryer etc) and they gave us a detail tour also give us a beautiful bottle of tequila compliments of the hotel and some nuts. The service all over the resort was top notch ... just incredible. Food and drinks in a very authentic Mexican style . Something unique; every day at 4:00 pm they bring a bowl of guacamole, two mini corona beer and chips, so delicious that some times that was my dinner by the pool watching the sunset. As good Mexican people all the staff without exception were SO kind, so helpful and always smiling. I m so happy to had the opportunity of staying there for a few days... what a place.l, is one of the best resorts we ever stayed. Thank you to all. I had very little thinks to say in the negative side but is not that important after they fixed everything immediately. Ah but the think I really think is important; is to make the tunnel a little more safe for pedestrians; is very dark and walking going out the premises my husband fell at the edge of sidewalk face down, he was ok but I didn’t like to see him going through something like that. My experience was perfect and looking forward to the day I can go back. Gracias amigos!

It’s secluded. Accessible through its own private tunnel. The grounds are immaculate and beautifully maintained. Our villa was big, clean and with its own pool. The butler did a good job and was attentive to our needs. The restaurants were very good, not excellent. Breakfast was the best meal. An excellent selection of authentic cuisine. Relaxing and peaceful.

Wonderful trip! The staff was amazing and helpful. The setting is beautiful. The food was delicious. The private plunge pool was delightful. Our casita was perfect for our family of four. The concierge, Monserrat, was so helpful in booking restaurants, transportation and excursions before we arrived. We loved going to the waterfalls outside of Santiago with our guide Abraham and swimming in the swimming holes. Highly recommend that excursion! What put our experience over the top was our personal concierge, Carlos. He was UNBELIEVABLE! He responded to us quickly and was always helpful and smiling. We don’t want to leave! We will be back soon.

The experience exceeded our entire party’s expectations. We were six guests (3 couples). We rented a three bedroom villa. All of the rooms and bathrooms were great. Two of them had ocean views and the master was significantly larger than the other two rooms with a large private balcony. The plunge pool was surprisingly big and had no trouble fitting all six of us. Our butler, Carlos, was much more than a butler. He went above and beyond to check on us and assist us in our room and throughout the resort. All of the staff was friendly, quick and well-trained. Eduardo and Ricardo at the pool bar could make anything we asked for - even custom drinks my wife couldn’t name other than desired ingredients. We booked all of our ventures through the hotel and the service and directions were seamless. We all got different massages and everyone left impressed and relaxed with all of the treatments. One night we used the hotel’s private chef service, and, despite our dinners at El Farallón and other nice restaurants outside the resort, this was by far our favorite meal. There was not once item prepared that was not delicious. Highly highly recommended. The Dos Mares sunset cruise on Fridays is a must. The boat is a beautiful 60 ft and has a great crew. I recommend booking as soon as you book your trip because space is limited 6-12 max and it’s ONLY on Fridays. We had breakfast every morning at Don Manuel’s and all of the food was incredible. Every plate was consistent and fresh. The grounds never felt crowded even with a wedding during the weekend. Pool chairs at the adult pool are mostly taken by 9 am. So get started early unless you’re fine with the family pool. If you want close proximity to the the town and marina while also looking for a resort with luxury and exclusivity - this is the only place that can offer that in Cabo San Lucas.
