I booked this hotel for my family as a stopover during our holiday plans. I have stayed at premier inns before and thought they were excellent. This one howere was not. The basic amenities were ok. However there was no space for anything in our room. As a family of four the entirety of the room was made up of beds and not much space for anything else. The tv control wouldn’t let us turn up the volume, the bed mattresses were so uncomfortable and all we could feel were the springs, the rooms were like saunas - no air conditioning and only one little fan which didn’t work well, and we couldn’t open the windows more than 2 inches as we were on the ground floor. The food was also horrendous. Definitely do NOT eat any meals at the pub next door as the food is disgusting and quite frankly inedible. The only reason I didn’t complain at the time was because we were only staying for one night and quite frankly I couldn’t be bothered as I’m not sure any of the other rooms would have been much better. The staff were friendly enough but it was quite obvious from the waiting staff that they would much rather be somewhere else.

Stayed here for our Peppa pig trip with the kids. Room really clean, comfy bed and very safe environment. And literally 2 mins from Peppa pig world. Pub next door with kids play area, big car park, overall great. Have stayed in premier inn before and always great value for money.

A great base from which to explore Paultons Park (Peppa Pig World!). Room was clean (although under the bed left a little to be desired) and the staff friendly. Breakfast was good value. If you want an evening meal you need to book with the adjoining restaurant separately as no longer part of the hotel.

Literally on the doorstep of Paultons Peppa Pig World. So convenient when you have little ones that you don’t want to fall asleep in the car before you get to the hotel. Excellent value. The price of a room is very low and you know exactly what you are getting with a premier inn. Parking was easy on site and it was easy to pull in from road. We had a family room for 2 adults and 2 children aged 6 and 2. We pushed the beds together as no guard rail and we worried little one would roll out of bed. We may well have been able to ask for a rail but didn’t. It was very comfortable for all of us. All slept well. Bathroom was clean although could have done with some updating. Overall a totally functional room in the best location for Paultons Peppa Pig World. Staff at reception were friendly and helpful. We didn’t have breakfast in the hotel so cannot comment on that. There is a MacDonalds just up the road that we went to W route home for a ‘treat’. We ate at the Vine Inn next door to the hotel the evening. The service and food was ok but the Vine Inn itself was extremely run down and dirty. Toilets filthy. I would not recommend the vine inn but finding somewhere else for an evening meal after Peppa pig world closes at 5:30 was tricky. So it was ok. Kids had ice cream so they were happy and that’s all that really mattered.

We took our little boy to paultons Park and decided to stay at the Premier Inn for 2 nights, the hotel was a stones throw from the park which was great. The service was friendly and efficient andnwas the highlight of the stay. The room in the hotel was a little tired and there was a very slight musty smell but considering the hotel a is probably consistently full of young families due to the proximity to Paultons Park! It wasn't something that would prevent me from booking again. Very comfortable beds but very hot room as there was no air conditioning and during heatwave.... fans were supplied. For Paultons Park, it's a no brainer!
