The internet photos do not reflect the true nature of this hotel 1) pool filthy on the edges and cloudy water 2) complete ignorance when asking for extra beach towels and bathroom towels - the girl on reception was stubborn and then downright rude 3) construction site going on right next to the hotel The noise in the morning started from 7 am !!!! 4) tried to change rooms but the staff kept saying no availability for more than one night - that’s highly doubtful as the room I changed into had no one staying the following evening …….. nice trick that one 5) mattresses and pillows awful - very hard and not comfortable 5) first floor room 115 shower and sewerage blocked so absolutely stank of sewerage smells 6) miles away from the beach - but anyway they were covered in sargassum seaweed ( never saw any indication of this seaweed problem in tulum or any of the coast for that matter Overall I would not recommend this hotel My advice go to Holbox island - it was crystal clear water and amazing !!!

Dear Customer Of course we remember, in fact the second day you asked us to reimburse you for your stay, because the beach was 25 minutes walk from the hotel, and you said that was not acceptable. When we showed you that this information comes in booking, you were complaining all your stay about non-existent things. How unfortunate that you write a comment to unleash your frustration, we hope that on your next trip you really book a hotel to your liking.

The blanco coffee bar is not worth the stop. 4 US dollars for the smallest large coffee. And Luke warm to boot. The service was slow. Not sure if I got what I paid for. Thought it was going to be a quick stop but was not. Smallest large coffe that was only 3/4 full.

Checking was disappointing. the young lady in the front did not explain how breakfast worked (since i paid for breakfast with me reservation). the waiter who helped me didn't even bother asking if i was a guest at the hotel. apparently guest who included breakfast in there stay had a different menu for breakfast. so they wanted to charge me for giving me food from the wrong menu. they told me that every morning i had to check in with front desk to get my free breakfast voucher. the next day i did as they said and the lady there said my stayed did not include breakfast. i told her i had reserved a presidential room and on my reservation said breakfast included. she made me wait until she "researched it". the following day i didnt even bother i paid to eat breakfast somewhere else. the experience was horrible. The staff need better training and actually act like they appreciate there customers. the room was nice and spacious. that is the only good thing about this place. there is no parking available, so they tell you to park across the street in the shopping center parking lot. your car is sort of safe there. if you're not worried of getting it towed or breaking into. i do not recommend this location. good location and nice rooms, but the staff needs better training. i did not feel welcome at all on my vacation. they didn't even tell me about the WIFI i had to search all over the room for it and the code. the signal was bad i skipped it and used my own mobile hotspot.
