One of the best hotels we've stayed at. The staff is dedicated and more than happy to help. Pedro, Albertino, and Rigoberto made our experience a whole lot easier. From getting transportation, to places to visit and things to do, or restaurants to go to. On top of that they really look out for their customers! Uvalda was amazing to have as our room service lady. Overall the experience was epic. Looking forward to visit again!
Everything was great. The view from the hotel room is absolutely STUNNING. The food was amazing, as were the drinks. We got breakfast included in our stay and there were seceral options to choose from. The beach is cut off specifically for hotel guests only. We visited with our 5 year old and one year old. The spa ladies were amazing too! Only complaint- we were invited to a "tour" of the next building over which has 1 & 2 bedroom suites. That ended up being a 4 hour ordeal trying to force us into a timeshare. Definitely not something i want to be wasting my time with on vacation!
My husband Renato and I had a dream wedding at Costa Sur. The food was excellent, the service was amazing: Moises, Raul, Ernesto, Rafael, Miguel and Gabriela were welcoming and accommodating at all time. And our wedding planner Esman created magic… He was always on top of everything, had great ideas and we didn’t have to worry about anything so we actually had time to enjoy our big day. 100% recomendable
My best friend and I came here for vacation, celebration, and to be near zona romantica for PV gay pride. The staff at this hotel go above and beyond to take care of you and make sure your stay is perfect. Some of the folks who work here are people I will never forget are Raul, Reynaldo, Gabriella, Miguel, Fernando, Ernesto, and Abel. We learned .ost of the staff have been here for 8+ years and love it. Long time patrons have relationships with them because they remember their guests. We met several people who have been coming here for more than a decade. I will be coming back here at least once a year. It is the perfect short distance from Zona and it is easy to catch cabs (also across from a bus stop if thats your jam). The tidal pool out front is basically a coral reef with so many incredible species. You have to snorkel there. Also, paddleboard and kayak there during your stay. Abel will hook you up. The sunset is visible from all rooms and it is beat in the world. The pools are very clean and the staff by the pools are great. The atm in the lobby disperses pesos and is as good as any bank in town with no need to exchange bills. The store in the lobby has most of your traveler needs. The restaurant and bar by the pool are great and reasonably priced. For international travelers, the hotel can coordinate the covid test be offered to you in your room with the results emailed to you. I will likely be booking to come here in 6 months!…
Very nice hotel in dated old town. We had no air conditioning and we were provided with a fan. The description should say ocean view and not beach front as there really is no beach! All rocks and pebbles no sand and when high tide comes they close off access to even that. Water actually hits the building. It's a $15.00 cab fare into the romantic zone and can be very costly. No restaurants nearby or delivery availability. So you are basically stuck in the hotel with a pool and only the food options they provide. They were just opening up again after covid. They were out of several food options. We booked for 2 weeks and left without any refund for another hotel after the second day.
