This resort is phenomenal. The food is amazing and the pools are great. This place is a good spot for families and couples. My family and I had such a great time. The staff are so accommodating and very nice. Cesar and Erick are great human beings and so helpful. Gilberto one of the sales rep is such a kind hearted person. The Bistro restaurant is so good and the staff there are so sweet. Gilberto, one of the workers at the Bistro is so sweet and helpful. We love him. Honestly, we love all the staff, they are the most kind hearted people ever.

We have been staying at Pueblo Benito Emerald Bay for a few days now and it has been great. The Villa is amazing and the service has been fantastic! Cesar has been so helpful and kind, helping us to plan all the things we want to do! Eric was great getting us settled in and showing us the lay of the land. Gilberto at the Bistro treated us to an amazing sushi dinner with delisious rolls and sashimi, he is an absolute sweet heart! And our other Gilberto, who got us in for the timeshare is the best, he is an amazing man and we even had the pleasure of meeting his son, we hope they will visit us in America! The entire staff is like family and we have loved our stay here. 10/10, will come again!

We stayed at PB Emerald Bay for about a week and had a very relaxing time. The resort is beautiful; it’s very tranquil, lush and peaceful. It’s right on the beach and there are chaises/umbrellas for you to enjoy at the beach if you prefer that over the pools. We hd two room; both were upgraded and on the 4th floors in Bldgs 23 and 24. The views were spectacular and the rooms were huge!! It was closest to the Bistro and a pool which we preferred in this resort (over the other restaurants). The Bistro food was delicious; I think I ate the fillet every night! I especially loved the servers and hostesses; they make yoir stay so much more magical. Each morning, Dulce greeted me and my family- she even remembered my boys and asked about them for brunch when my husband and I went to eat alone. She was SO sweet! Her manager, Zayali runs a great team. Inside the bistro, Fabian was amazing! He was super cool and hooked us up. At the pool, Daniel was our guy! He was very accommodating and remembered us daily too. We had a dinner reservation for Kelly’s Bar on steak night and the musician was great. I didn’t care for the rib eye (it was very thin and a bit salty) but the atmosphere made it a good evening. I’d have preferred the fillet back at the bistro. Our stay here was great, as are always at PB resorts (note: we did check out PB Mazatlan and it’s much smaller with beach access. If you’ve been to Los Cabo’s PB resorts (where we stay upon visits), I’d liken PB Mazatlan to Rose/Blanco (it’s just much smaller) and Emerald Bay to a downgrade of Sunset (Sunset is our favorite)). Either way, PB EB is a beautiful place and I’d stay here again but would ask for bldgs 23 or 24!…

We enjoyed our staying in Pueblo Bonito because is a beautiful place with a private beach. It has many restaurants including the one in the main pool with delicious food and a lot of things to choose. The employees are very kind and friendly people. Dario, Esaú, and Humberto are excellent waiters. I recommend this hotel for a couple or family vacations!!

The resort was beautiful. We stayed in a villa and it was impeccably clean. The grounds are lovely and filled with many of nature‘s creatures such as birds and iguanas. We especially liked the Bistro restaurant. The buffet-style restaurant, La Cordeliere, was sometimes good but often crowded and the staff had a hard time keeping up with replenishing items though they tried very hard. They also do not have enough serving utensils for the number of items, and therefore, serving utensils get shared among dishes which increases cross contamination. Japanese night was not very good and Tex-Mex night was so popular it was unpleasantly crowded. Kelly’s Bar off the Lobby area has a cool evening vibe with live music some nights and a good tapas menu and drinks. The spa is wonderful! We went for massages on our last full day there and wished we had tried it sooner. The hydrotherapy area (separate for men and women) was very relaxing and the massages given to my husband and me were excellent. I especially would like to compliment Carolina who focused on the areas I highlighted. My neck felt so much better after the massage. My husband would also like to compliment Lolita. The gym is very spacious and has all the equipment you would need for a week of vigorous workouts. It is kept very clean. Heriberto is a wonderful manager and very friendly and helpful. I felt very safe there. The hours are also friendly for most people on vacation – 6:30 AM to 8:30 PM. I worked out there every day. The public pools are very spacious and clean. Even the one that allows children is relaxing and it is enjoyable to watch the children have so much fun. There is also an adults only pool with an even quieter vibe. Poolside food and drinks are excellent. Service at all the Pueblo Bonito resorts, including Emerald Bay, is of the highest quality. Although most of the guests at Emerald Bay are native Spanish speakers, the staff by and large is very fluent in English which was helpful. We got the silver level all inclusive and that made for an easy family dining experience. Watch for specials on this so it is more affordable. We have previously been to Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach twice and visited the other properties in Cabo. This one was a similar experience in terms of the property itself. Emerald Bay is a bit smaller at present and more walkable. The dining options were more limited however. I believe they are doing an upgrade/expansion to this property over the next few years and hope that this part of the experience will improve. All in all, a wonderfully relaxing vacation.…

Each stay is better and better! Pool/restaurant manager, Gustavo made our stay exceptional, like always, set up personalized experiences, dinner on the beach, organized and had a lunch prepared with the fish we caught when we went fishing, fireworks and a beautiful dinner for my birthday. Servers Carlos and Nahu helped during our special events, service was top of the line. Humberto, server at the pool, brought fun vibes and attended to us at all times, we never waited more than 5 minutes for drinks and food! Tables and chairs always ready for us. Best poolside service over any resort! Every time we visit Pueblo Bonito Emerald Bay, Alejandro at Kelly’s Bar is always someone we love to see. His personality and great service keeps us at the bar until closing time. Thank you for recommending the steak dinner with live music! That dinner is a MUST-Do! Thank you Claudia at concierge for all the attention to our family before and during our stay. Thank you for assisting with all reservations for our family and friends. I have been visiting Emerald bay for the past 18th years and never has been this bad as now, lots of people on the pools everybody braking the rules no respect at all, kids pooping on the pool food menu very poor, its not good, hotel its going down on quality, used to be excelent place high end and all perfect, not anymore, lets see if management wants to go back to excellence as before, I dont mind to pay more if need it.
