To begin I asked for a room on a lower level because 2 flights of stairs are an issue for me, I was told no, and not because the hotel was full. So many times per day was up and down those stairs. After coming in my first day I found all the power off, down the stairs, then found the wifi also off so back down again. The wifi was an issue for the 3 days there. Noise from other guests loud in the room. No bottled water or glasses. Close to beaches but no good coffee within a 15 minute walk. I would not return should I go back to Huatulco.

Stayed here for 2 nights! Pool under repair and closed. Bugs everywhere, not clean. Old & tired! A/C very intermittent. Hot water in shower almost not existent and barely Luke warm. Only 2 towels. I’d never stay here again. Internet was horrible.
