No Covid in Hautulco still many places are not open. Staff was excellent, rooms were nice and clean but furniture was scarce and broken. This complex is spread out and on a steep hill. It was necessary to take a shuttle to the beach, main buffet, and reception.

Everything about this classic resort is spectacular. We especially liked the Vegas style dinners shows every night. The meals and drinks provided by the various on-site restaurants were delicious and healthy options were always available. The staff members were always friendly and helpful. The response to every "thank you" was "para servirle." BTW, this is a great place to practice your Spanish, because no one tries to speak English to you like most of the places North American tourists go. This place is one of those hidden gems that is not well known outside of the Mexican nationals who know that the Oaxacan beaches are second to none when it comes to planning a vacation. I would highly recommend Park Royal to my friends who are looking for a spectacular beach getaway, and who want a more authentic cultural experience than the other, more well-known tourist destinations provide.…

A really funny hotel in Oaxaca Huatulco!! Really nice show's!! The Capitan Andres was a good person and he give us a really good service. All the food is really good! The only issue is the drought beer, because their machine doesn't work

Overall was ok I like the place the only problem that I encounter was that they were taking way too long to serve and to help you on the non-buffet restaurants. The rooms and view was really good swimming pools were clean and fun the snack bar was really good with a great variety of food and drinks.
