Luckily we stayed in this place only one night in January 2018 and we won’t go there any more! We chose this place for the good reviews on TA but we totally disagree with them. We booked by email for 600THB and the communications with them were easy and fast. But when we arrived the guy who was there did not speak English and seemed very embarrassed; he tried to explain to us that there was no room available and that he didn’t know anything about our reservation. Eventually he phoned the boss and finally tried to tell us that he had to clean one room, which he did very roughly in 5 minutes along with 2 other guys: room no. 5 is small, full of mosquitoes, very basic and needs renovation, especially the terrible mattress, the bed sheets are surprisingly good quality but the towels are microfiber, wardrobe has a terrible smell inside, curtains are very poor; they have only washed the floor of the bathroom and not that of the room, in the bathroom there was an used toothbrush. Later luckily there was a girl (Joy?) who speaks some English and we told her to spray something for the mosquitoes, which she did in the afternoon. View from terrace was on a fence. Location is very quiet but far from everything, a motorbike is definitely needed to go anywhere. We rented a motorbike with them for 150THB (no need to leave passport) and they took us to airport next morning for 500THB. We could not interact with the staff but we never saw a smiling face there…

Dear Dale63, Thank you for taking time out to write a review of Naga Peak Resort. We are sorry to read about your experience at Naga Peak. Naga Peak is an 8 year old resort, it is not brand new. We are constantly renovating and upgrading our rooms. Any defects you highlighted have already been fixed during low season. A customer last week, thought our resort was brand new and was amazed that Naga Peak is 8 years old. Our staff English is constantly improving all the time, but they try their best to learn English. Best Regards Pizz, Manager of Naga Peak

My stay in this place was unplanned, due to theft at Anyavee Ao nang bay resort, me and my wife had to shift here after loosing our money but this place came out as a beautiful surprise, the place gives you a homely feel and is quite. It is run by a young thai lady. The staff will make you feel very comfortable and friendly. They helped us in their own way after knowing what happened with us. There is a very loveable pet monkey(Auxim)at the hotel. Also small kittens and cats. Bike available on rent cheaper then anywhere else. But far from the Ao nang main area(13 mins ride on bike). It's actually for people who are looking for long stay. Nearest 7/11 is 7 mins ride. Need bike if you are staying here. They also have a car in case if u wanna hire. Insects in the night so make sure u close the door all the time. But at the same time they will provide spray if requested. You will enjoy here if you looking for tropical stay as its a different experience all together. Rooms are clean. A/C is perfect. Would stay again. And would recommend as well if you are traveling with budget.

This place is far away from the Ao Nang Beach & Krabi Town. There are literally no shops around this place. But this place is calm & peaceful. They have transport facility to Ao Nang Beach are for 100THB. The rooms are seperate (like houses) with just one queen size bed. The rooms were average with basic toiletries like soap & shampoo. Bathroom wasnt that clean and the lock was not working. There were 4-5 cats roaming all over the hotel & one small monkey - all were raised by the hotel staff. Choose this hotel only if u want a peaceful & relaxing experience in Krabi. Nothing to shout about

Thank you for taking time to write a review of Naga Peak. Naga Peak is an eco resort set in nature. Naga Peak is designed to be away from the crowds, so u can get a good night sleep with nature. We try to keep our toiletries basic to keep our price low, so the resort is affordable for people to stay. We have updated our tiles in the bathroom floor, previously the old tiles were starting to look old. Thank you for staying with us! Joy
