We had a problem with Super Travel. They did not send confirmation to the hotel. The hotel let us stay anyway. Ms. Walker worked with us and resolved the issue on their end so we were not overcharged. Very kind and helpful.

Clean, standard business hotel beside an interstate. The restaurant is terrible. Shrimp appetizer was like rubber, as if it had been microwaved for 10 minutes. Worst fries ever- zero flavor. I think they were baked and were dry. Ordered my burger medium and it came out well. For the health seekers, there are a couple of smoothies.
The room was OK. Pillows were soft. The blanket was weirdly short. The AC cycled on and off every few minutes making noise. The bathroom was super dark and the strangely shaped shower had a small opening. The in-room coffee was terrible and the only coffee downstairs is $3/cup.
The WiFi is slow & makes the TV glitchy, but it usually works enough to watch some news. For most work, it’s fine. The workout stuff in the room was pretty minimal but I could be wrong- it may have been plenty for the workout types.

We were on a business trip and looking for a pet friendly hotel. We decided to pick This hotel because it was located close to my wife's work. The lobby was very wide open and had a very cool garden wall which was very unusual and I have never seen that before. I also liked the full size gym on the first floor that was available to all those who stayed. I also noticed an outdoor seating area where they gas lit fire pit for casual relaxation for guests in the evening time. The rooms were comfortable and quiet and very clean. I like the fact that they had an indoor dining area that actually had a beer tap and bar area for those who wanted to have a adult beverage in the evening. A few concerns that I did have were that I had to ask for a receipt at the hotel which often times they give one anyway. In addition there was not a warm breakfast served it was a cold breakfast of cereal yogurt and bread and I noticed that the area for the breakfast was very untidy. I do know that right now many businesses are having a difficulty hiring enough adequate workers in this might be one reason why they did not have a warm breakfast but with all the new precautions before taking I'm surprised that there was not a warm breakfast. The final thing I noticed is that they only offered us one bar soap whereas in many other hotels you have at least two parts of soap one for the shower and one for the sink.
Autism at the hotel was very pleasant and $460 to have two dogs is very reasonable.

Where do we start? The front desk staff, especially the general manager is so rude, defensive and abrasive. Overall she just wants to argue with anyone. I watched her do this w/others.
Honestly, we were shocked this was the manager (Eleanor). Seriously? Zero welcoming words or feelings from her or any of them. Just awful. Their approach is "I hate my job and it shows." The room wasn't fully cleaned, especially the bathroom. Wifi only worked occasionally and it would mess with the tv also (glitches). We really had to laugh that they actually charge $3.00 for coffee in the lobby area. You also get it yourself out of a $15 dispenser. You're joking right? I watched one man go over and get some for himself and walk off (never paying). I don't blame him...
Never returning and told my business associates not to either. We were wanting to book their banquet rooms, not anymore! I wouldn't give them a $1.00 of my business again, for the attitudes alone. Corporate or franchise owner should do a serious management sweep. I would, before they lose more business.

if you read many of the reviews, you will see a hotel that clearly has fans. I side with many of the negative reviews that call out how mixed up it seems to be. Bad maid service, very uncomfortable rooms, broken jets on hot tub, key cards that flame out and need to be replaced (three times!), and worst of all no free coffee! $3 for 6 ounces - LOL! like many new concept hotels from the big chains This place spent way too much time creating some thing they thought was “pretty and cool” instead of focusing on the key deliverables that guests expect.
PS - I found it here! The worlds most uncomfortable chair!

Probably one of the worst hotels I have ever been to my company booked this hotel for my 2 week stay here I arrived Sunday and haven’t had a fulls night sleep since I have been here. I spend most of my nights listening to the dogs above me walk on the floor and bark all night the rooms barely get cleaned and when they do the only thing they do is put new towels in the bathroom no new blankets or sheets. They say they have high speed internet but to be honest the old dial up internet is faster than the crap they have here can’t even load a menu from a restaurant on their internet. Overall just a lousy experience

This hotel was beautiful, clean and modern. What really made the stay for us was the delightful staff. They all went above and beyond to answer questions and accommodate our requests.
You definitely need a car to stay here as there is nothing within walking distance and it is located near a highway. (I don’t think locals walk.) There is a lovely large shopping area nearby.

Too many surprises for me. Desk tried to put us in a room with 2 double beds when we had a king bed reserved. We were not informed Housekeeping comes every 3 days. Day 1 breakfast - cold coffee, food was very good. Next day, coffee was hot but had to wait for butter and powdered sugar so long, food got cold. Breakfast server appeared to have difficulties understanding breakfast orders. By the way, toast apparently was extra charge with egg orders. First hotel I ever stayed where coffee/tea was not complementary. Even Red Roof Inn offers 24/7 coffee and danish in the mornings. Noticed on our last day that the room smoke detector did not have a battery. Finally, rooms have exercise equipment which we found totally unnecessary … just not our cup of tea

We stayed here for three days and upon arrival the room was clean. We had no issues the first night. The second and third we were lucky to get any sleep at all. The walls are so thin you can hear complete conversations from other rooms. The people above us were blasting light and easy favorites until 2am. I called the first night at midnight and they said they would ask them to turn it down. At 1:30 it was still blasting. I went down to the front and the girl said she didn’t hear anything when she went to check but I was welcome to walk with her and check again. Umm, that’s not my job! I told her she could come to my room and when I open the door she’ll hear them without stepping foot in the room. She didn’t want to do that so she went upstairs to check again. We got a call at 1:45 saying the people weren’t answering the door (they couldn’t hear knocking) and that we could move rooms if we wanted to. Move rooms at 1:45 in the morning with a child?! The next night was the same noise. We just dealt with it because we were checking out in the morning. If you want sleep don’t stay here!

First let me say that the staff at this hotel were some of the best we have ever dealt with; they would make any hotel chain proud. That said, this is a sorry excuse for a boutique/spa hotel. While every room is outfitted with exercise and yoga gear, there is barely enough room to change your mind, let alone exercise properly; bungee-like isometric bands do not an exercise station make. Since they have a very nice and well equipped exercise room on the first floor, why would they want their guests to sweat and stink up the carpets in their rooms? As has been noted in other reviews, the walls are thin with no sound proofing between the rooms; we could not only hear the toilets flushing in the rooms on both sides of our room, but the toilet in the room across the hall. Seriously? Who designed this place. The complimentary "Grab 'n Go" breakfast was your choice of bread or bagels and yogurt. Coffee was available, if you got down early enough (it was only refilled 2 out of the 4 days we were there) and tea was not included, and cost an additional $3 per cup; yeah, nah. It was obvious after listening to the idle chatter that the IHG management has no idea what they are doing with this hotel and should invest in a good local management team to redirect this site. There have been some good reviews about this place, so use your own judgement when selecting.

I have never posted a review about bed bugs at any hotel I've stayed at. Perhaps you are confusing my posts with the "Questions about this property" feature.
If you have read any of my posts, you will have seen that I do not pull punches when any establishment provides poor service.

I travel fequently between Fort Myers and Daytona, I always stay at the Lakewood Ranch HI and have never had a problem. The rooms are always clean and comfortable.

While I cannot speak to directly to room 425 as I do not believe I have stayed in that room. I can state that I have stayed at this hotel several times over the years and never found it to be dirty, in disrepair or nothing else but very clean. I am a business traveler and have been for over 30 years. Would not necessarily lend much credence to this statement
There are more places to choose from in the Lakewood Ranch area.
