Initial thought was it was a bit out if the way - last thought was that it was absolutely spot on. A lovely quiet location in a beautiful spot. The room was clean, with comfortable beds, a spacious modern functional bathroom and lots of storage space. The staff were very friendly and courteous, exceptionally helpful and went out of their way to provide a first class service - opening breakfast early so that we could get an early start. The food was absolutely superb, beautifully cooked with really generous portions. The vegetarian option (I'm not a vegetarian) was one of the best meals I have ever had - compliments to the chef indeed. All in all this was a perfect choice with first class staff, service and food and I would recommend The North Kessock Hotel without a moment's hesitation.…
Had a lovely stay for 2 nights, we ate at the hotel both nights and the food was amazing, breakfast is included in the price, was a very nice full cooked breakfast but would have liked to see maybe a continental with a few pastries but can fully understand why this wouldn’t be offered as this isn’t a big hotel it’s a family run pub/restaurant with only 8 rooms (as I believe not fact) there isn’t much around the hotel just a lovely walk along the front but the drive into Inverness centre is just over the bridge. would fully recommend booking this hotel the only suggestion I can make is to get blackout curtains for the rooms
We had a fantastic stay here at the end of our NC500 trip. We had one of the best nights sleep at this hotel, the evening meal was great with plenty of choice, it was really clean, the views from the hotel were lovely & the staff were very friendly. We would definitely stay here again!
I booked for one nights stay but ended up staying 6 nights. Allways wanted to do the NC500 and started off in Inverness but the roads were clogged with people with campervans who did not know how to drive them on narrow roads with passing spaces. You do not follow two other cars. I gave up and travelled out from Inverness doing days. This hotel is family run and I could not have found a better place. The room was lovely, clean, bright and very quiet at night as no through road. The bed was so comfy. All newly decorated with great care with design and finish. The food is second to none, with the breakfast to die for. Just out of the city with lovely views and 20metres from the sea. I could not fault this hotel with anything, thank you Cilla, Darren, Marion and all the other staff for my stay. "I will be back"…
Managed to get booked in for a sunday dinner as usually it's booked up. I've heard amazing reviews and it did not disappoint. The service was superb and friendly, the roast beef fell apart it aas that tende, 2 nice thick cuts of beef as well, the gravy was rich, the vegetables were cooked to perfection, the roasties were so fluffy on the inside and golden and crunchy on the outside and the yorkie just finished it off. The baileys and malteaser cheesecake was light and tasted amazing. All in all I it was amazing and I couldnt fault anything.
