While St Antonin is not a place you go to by yitself, this establishment is a great value prop. Great staff, very nice room and a quite charming and small hotel. If you need to stop over here or even want to stay for a few days in the area, look no further. We paid 90 euros for a family room that worked out really well in terms of standard, practicality and sleep quality. The restaurant is no slouch, good food for OK money. All in all, a real bargain for a good experience.

Absolutely amazing was this hotel. We had a very roomy and comfy room with a closed in balcony! The bathroom was grand too and all with A.C. and Free WiFi. Highest courtesy possible. Owner speaks fluent French, Spanish and some English.

4 of us for lunch. We all chose menus d jour, a 3 course for €14.50. First course excellent lightly curried mussel soup, main 3 large meat balls, lightly spiced on a bed of cous cous and vegs, desert mille feuille, coffee and liter of rose all for total including tip of €80. Husband and wife inning as a bar, restaurant and hotel. Friendly service. Restaurant was full of locals, booking needed. Also a la carte, we will try next time. Can't understand how someone can give it only 1 point when all others like us gave it a good recommendation, go try it.

Today's offering was English (or should I say Irish) fish and chips. This time we had a group of 14 people, all of whom thoroughly enjoyed our meal. A lovely light batter on a large piece of fish, served with chunky chips and a variety of condiments to suit all tastes. This was followed by dessert and coffee for €14.90, very good value as usual. This restaurant never fails to please.

I have absolutely nothing but praise for this hotel, where we were able to stay for only one night unfortunately. The only member of staff we encountered during our stay - happy, friendly lady, sorry, I don't know her name - provided excellent service throughout and was a pleasure to deal with. The room was perfect, charmingly decorated, and provided two separate rooms for our family of four, fridge and mini bar. The breakfast was one of the best I have had in France - home-made jams and cake and a cheese/meat selection that way exceeds the ordinary. We were too late to get an outdoor table for brekkie but the garden looked gorgeous and the further courtyard with hammock, seating and lots of beautiful greenery was an added bonus. The town itself was charming and we were fortunate to find ourselves there on market day (Thursday), which was excellent and offered some really interesting and delightful local produce. Local bars/restaurants pleasant, but pricey. Can not recommend this hotel highly enough. Loved everything about it. Thank you :)
