It was a very pleasant stay, the attention of the people who work there was very good, the hotel lacks faith places to eat, the food in all most restaurants its fast food type, but we had a great time, the place its awsome, if you want to Stay at one of the Atlantis hotel towers I think this is the best option because its a lovely place, less crowed and the neerest to The village and also the less expensive! We had very good attention from the front desk, especially from a guy named Donaven, you can approach him if you need anything or have Any Doubt. He helped us to book a flight that we already missed and he solved several things for us during our stay. Thank you Donaven!!!

Hotel's Favourite
We stayed at the Coral in two rooms on the 7th floor and had beautiful rooms overlooking the Royal Towers and the beach. The staff was very friendly and Sandra did a great job of cleaning our room. We loved walking the beach, the lazy river and slides and visiting the predators lagoon and dig. While walking by the stingrays and turtles one morning, Laurianne heard my daughter saying how much she loved turtles. She brought us into the fish hospital and let us hold turtles and starfish. She was kind, patient and informative. Thank you for making our trip!! Atlantis is expensive but we brought a snacks, drinks and a toaster to make our breakfasts and lunches. There are Elkay water fountains around the property, so bring your own water bottles. Stop at Supervalu grocery store on your way from the airport to the resort to stock up on fruit and vegetables. We dined at Virgils (great happy hour drink prices) Murrays, the Marina pizzeria and the Burger Shack for less expensive meals. A memorable family vacation, Thank you Atlantis!

We travelled here for our summer vacation as a family of three with our 14 year old daughter. The service was terrible - 1 star AT BEST. If this is as far as you get in this review, save your money and stay somewhere else. If you want more details read on….. Except for a few members of staff we were met with disdain and an attitude that made us feel we should be apologizing for even being there! For the prices they charge it’s just not acceptable and we left early as a result. When we checked out the (very nice) member of staff on checkout advised us we weren’t the first to do so. On speaking to many (including the US customs agent on our departure) we are far from alone in expressing our disappointment. The problem starts with management training and is exacerbated by having an automatic 15% gratuity added to EVERY bill - where then is the motivation to deliver great service? We knew we were going to stay somewhere expensive and we’re prepared to pay the prices if the expectations on service level and general 5 star standards are met. They were not. I get that life has been tough and everyone is frustrated at talking to each other through masks/screens which makes communication difficult, but at the price you pay to stay here it’s just not acceptable. Then top that off with the litter strewn about the place, lack of cleanliness at tables, mold and rust on the bathroom fixtures, broken tables in the rooms, lack of internet TV, cracked tiles, stained walls and a hotel that is frankly just looking like it needs a lot of attention. From a food perspective the choices are EXTREMELY limited. There are very few healthy options - it’s all sandwiches, fried food, pizza, etc., unless you want to pay over $100 per person every meal and go to their top restaurants. No juice bar, no vegan options (unless you want to live on salad and fruit). The one veggie hummus wrap they have is tasteless. Again, not exactly 5 star options. Plus you’ll need to make sure you book ahead for any of the main restaurants- otherwise you won’t get a table, at which point you are back to the buffet and pizzeria. Our favourite eating places were Nobu, Seafire, lunch at the golf club (it’s much quieter and beautiful views…..hidden gem) and breakfast at The Point overlooking the harbor. That said, The Point isn’t included on the breakfast credit we had even though the food options are basically the same as the places that are!! If you want to enjoy a cabana for the day expect to pay $750 - $1,500 and get nothing except the space and maybe some pool side service (which you can also get by the main pools anyway)……not even a fridge full of free bottled water or soda. NOTHING! The water park is fun, but we are no afficionado of water parks so can’t provide a good comparison to others. Also a lot of the slides and attractions were closed (we did expect that because of COVID). If you are still desperate to see the Atlantis our advice would be to stay somewhere else and come and visit with a day pass. We are glad to be going home early and even though we are paying extra for our flights home, we will be saving money. We will be lodging a formal complaint.

Recently I stayed at The Coral @ Atlantis. When I book the hotel, my main concern was the resort offers so much to do for young kids. But it was not a great experience we had. Everything at The Coral side was completely close. Many water slides was not even open during the day/ some part of the day because they are having some staffing issues. However, Atlantis did not have any issue with keeping open Casino and Bars because it was their source of making money. This is totally ridiculous when you charge resort fees and close the part of your resort which you are known for. We did not expect this. Atlantis should have let me know when I was spending $1600+ for 4 nights booking and we would never book this resort. Overall, it was not a great experience.

First time in Atlantis. Booked based on online pictures of the rooms. WHAT A SCAM. Rooms look nothing like what is advertised. They look like motel rooms. Was “upgraded” to an ocean view… balcony is minuscule. I got a view of a roof top. In addition, all the amenities were closed. Kiddy pool, lazy river, an aquarium were all closed. The pizzeria that was listed as open for lunch hours, closed. Only one restaurant option for lunch. What a nightmares this place is. Very disappointed. Asked to be moved to a newer hotel and they wanted to charge me $300 more a night, when the rate online for the same room was $376. Essentially overcharging us to move. Wanted to cancel, but was told there is no guarantee that we can get our money back. Some advice. Do not book at the Coral. First and last time at Atlantis. Will be booking at BahaMar next trip.
