    Nice place
    The resort is small, but nice. Make sure to get a high floor. We were on the 4th floor of St. John tower and if we were lower, may not have had a view of water. Also had to take 3 elevators to get to pool area. Service was very good, happy hour every day from 3-6, 2 for 1 drinks…

    Great Vacation Spot
    Nice beach, good food and bar. Friendly service. Centrally located on island to get to a lot of different places. Water taxi to downtown available every hour which is a nice way to travel! Would definetly return here to paradise!

    Is the pool water heated/warm?
    To my knowledge it was not heated ...... but water was warm when you get in .....🌴

    I heard from a friend that the snorkeling was really good, but I’m wondering how it is now after the hurricanes?

    Is there any information on when Frenchman’s reef will reopen or when they will be taking reservations
    I understand that the hotel is not expected to open until 2019, but was wondering when in 2019 they project to open?
    I haven’t heard anything yet, but I’ll be down there in October, so I’ll see what I can find out and report back on this site!

    "If staying by the beach get a room with a sea view."
    "Higher floor. less noise."
    "Not sure if the rooms will be the same after they rebuild but the Harbor View rooms were not great..... Mostly because they were musty."
    "Once the rebuilt, choose a room on the 8th floor facing the pool"
    "The hotel does not have beach access. The Morning Star rooms are beach front."
