Manta House is comprised of three little houses, right across the street from a wonderful beach and restaurant. We stayed in the 3 bedroom, 2 bath house, and it was fine. We had a nice fenced yard and a great covered patio with a nice table and lounge chairs. There were many pluses to this house: LOCATION, privacy and security. The house needed sprucing up a bit, it needed new cooking utensils and kitchen items. The price was high, but we didn't mid because we loved the location on our pretty street. We were able to rent bicycles, and rode everywhere. And the best part was that the beach was OURS.

My partner and I stayed for one night after meeting Tanya and her beautiful children on the plane to Turks and Caicos. Tanya and Katya are beautiful hosts on a gorgeous island with a stunning location. The cottage was lovely, their bar across the street, Sand Bar, has great food and a fabulous atmosphere. We definitely will be returning! Xox Geordie and Kelley

This is the best spot on the whole island with easy going and gracious hosts in front of an amazing beach and the best lunch and bar right next to the dive shops. Bungalow was clean, spacious and comfortable as well as convenient. The food at their bar ‘Sandbar’ is phenomenal as is the pleasant social time over drinks. Friendly friendly friendly. Will come again for sure. A place to truly relax.

This place is truly incredible and the owners Tonya & Katya are even better. They went completely out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed to make our trip one for the books. You will not find any better hospitality. The house is located in the perfect spot. You are never but a few steps away from anything you need. The property is well maintained and they have a daily maid service to keep you from doing anything but relaxing. ( Ms. Mary is so sweet ). We showed up as a group of tourist on a dive trip and left feeling like we were part of the family.

Wow. Can’t say enough good about Katya & Tonya. Their hospitality was over the top. Accommodations were just right for 6 of us to spend a week in Paradise. Their Sandbar restaurant/bar is a must. Food is good, people are better
