Condo perfect for family! 1000 sq ft? 2 full baths. 3 tvs. Outstanding maid service. Washer dryer.fully equipped kitchen. I am creating amazing drinks in blender. Walking distance to great eats. $10 taxi rides. Basketball and tennis. Gym. Our beach looks much less crowded than Marriott. Nice pools. No elevator so If.on third floor you will get your steps in. Do sting Ray tour. If windy bring Dramamine. Georgetown shopping fun. Margaritaville. Camana bay nice walk to grocery and liquor and take $10 can ride back. Ms Ildi super host.

Stayed at the property for a long weekend to celebrate mom’s birthday. We could not possibly be more pleased. We rented a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo facing the pool. The grounds were immaculate, the condo was updated and very well maintained. The property opens up into a lovely, crystal clear beach that is stunning. Loved our stay and we can’t wait to come back soon.

Just returned - had two apartments and both were wonderful! 622 on the second floor had a lovely view of the ocean/pool/sunset from the screened-in porch. Furnishings, fixtures, beds, etc were all top-notch and the apartment is clean ad has everything you can need (Washer/Dryer and basic supplies for dishwasher/laundry/coffee filters/shampoo,etc). Apartment 114 is on the ground floor and also nice - better for anyone with mobility issues as no steps. Recent updates/renovations are nice - I would have preferred some dimmers on the lighting as the LED lights are bright/intense - but that is really a minor issue. Both apartments are in good shape and really nice! Loved the view from the seconf floor porch but you also can't beat the convenience of a ground floor unit! Many others have posted about the wonderful supermarket - Fosters in Camana Bay which is about a mile away (prices are high - tried to purchase sale items). Lots of restaurants close by - Chicken Chicken is wonderful for takeout, XQ Pizza Bar/Grill also had wonderful thin crust pizza and we really enjoyed Pepper's (across the street) on a Friday night with live Reggae music and people dancing. Food was good and reasonable. Regarding car rental - we prefer to have that freedom and easily mastered driving on the left side. Took a beautiful ride out to the East End and Rum Point - nice to see the quieter side of the Island. Cabs are not cheap there - so this makes sense if you're going to wander out a bit - even to some restaurants/supermarket/licquor stores. I also must complement ILDI, the property manager at Regal Beach Club. Our stove stopped working one morning and she was completely responsive very quickly - even providing a brand new hot plate to insure that we could make some eggs for breakfast! Went out for a few hours and returned to fnd the stove fixed and working again. Really appreciated her urgency and customer service level! THe other help at this resort - security, etc are all wonderful. Beach is beautiful, clean and well maintained. Having the Marriott next door is nice in case someone wants a purchased cocktail or to stop by for a quick lunch, etc. Loved having a really comfortable 2 bedroom unit though with everything we could need. Regal Beach is quiet but close enough to bars, etc for those that prefer that as well. I have traveled a bit and can easily recommend this property wholeheartedly! You will love it!

Room Tip: Higher floors better view from porch. Ground floor more accessible - both great!

We’ve been coming to Cayman for years and stayed at the Seafire (love but so expensive now), the Marriott, and the Ritz. While the full service resorts have their advantages, for us this was more than offset by having a real two bedroom apartment with a kitchen for a fraction of the price of a suite at any of them. There are no lines or fees for pool or beach chairs and you’ll often have the pools to yourself even at peak times. There are so many great restaurants on the island that you won’t miss having one on property and the gorgeous new Fosters grocery store is an easy walk away at Camana Bay (grocery carts are provided.) We know the island so we didn’t miss having a concierge and there’s a spa and a Red Sail (boats, paddle boards) you can use at the Marriott next door. The only drawbacks I can think of are no drop off kids club, no lobby area, and no elevators (the buildings are only three floors so this is only an issue if you have trouble with stairs generally.) We’re going back next year!

We had a fun week staying at Regal Beach Club (2nd time for us). We were in GC during Pirates Week(month). Saw live music, parade with floats, beauty costume contest, and 29 or so individuals dressed as Pirates.
