Wow! We want to get away from all the excitement of the all inclusive, and this turned into our only destination. Staff are awesome. Rooms are ok! But I love stepping from breakfast into the ocean. Drinks are on point! Romeo and Ramone are the great! Come to the bar.

Hotel's Favourite
As soon as Jamaica opened back up for tourist I was there. My family is from Kingston so I am no stranger to the island, I although am usually a patron of larger/ all inclusive hotels. Travellers changed my mind. Its walking distance from the city center making it easy to access restaurants, stores and nightlife. The rooms are super spacious, cozy and clean. The staff was professional, warm and always available. In the event that we weren't in the mood to eat off the property they had an extensive menu of traditional Jamaican dishes as well as more universal choices. Its right on the beach , the water was warm and views generous. My biggest concern was traveling during Covid... they quelled my fears. The entire staff wears masks at all times. They are constantly disinfecting common areas and going above and beyond to ensure the safety of their guests and employees. I was so impressed with the steps they were taking I began writing my review while still there. I highly recommend Travellers Beach Resort.. and when you visit be sure to have the fruit smoothie its delicious!

I enjoyed my short trip here. I visited for my birthday. It was a road trip and I just needed somewhere to fresh up and sleep. So i just booked for 1 night. The property is small and I love it. On the first day I was bearly at the resort I arrived early around 12pm; just to put my stuff down and head back out on the road but the room wasn't ready. So I just kept my things in the car and head back out. No big deal. The room was nice and clean. A.c. was very cold, at one point I had to turn it off because it wasn't adjusting. The ceiling fan kept the room cool so it wasn't a bother to me. In the night I wanted to go sit by the beach and chill but they told us we couldn't get any chairs down there so I just went to the pool instead. Day 2, the final day, I just decided to stay in and enjoy the property. I went to the beach and chilled for couple hours, got some fruits from a vendor passing by then head to the pool. I appreciate the tent they had there to provide shade. When it was time to leave they provided a place to shower and change since I stayed after check out. The few interactions I had with the staff was ok but could have been better. I didn't dine at the restaurant so I can't speak about it but the food did smell good and the view from the restaurant is beautiful. I can't complain I enjoyed my stay and would definitely visit again.

We enjoyed our trip overall my favourite part was the room and my parents favourite part was the pool . More entertainment is needed though because it seemed boring at time for eg a dance team will be a good addition

We stayed at this resort for a few days. The staff was very pleasant, friendly and helpful to any of our needs. The room was nice and clean. The food in their restaurant was great! We will book with them again in the future.
