The complete look of the resort is run down from the photos on their booking site. We were uncomfortable from the moment we walked in. It took our room 2 hours to be ready after the check in time, our television stayed static our entire vacation, the showers run lukewarm water, there aren’t enough towels in the room for the amount of guests booked for the reservation, because the resort is directly on the strip, there is a lot of street interference with people selling drugs and sex while you are enjoying your food outside , cats live on the resort and have no problem showing themselves often, the halls often have piles of dirty dish bins which attract knots, the safe in the room doesn’t work, the patio door was busted and visitors on both sides have doors to your patio so keep your doors on both sides locked. Again I repeat, the upkeep of this resort looks nothing like the pictures. Things that made us stay, great food, wonderful entertainment. Sabrina kept us interested nightly, the employees are very kind and friendly, and if you are at all interested in the culture, the resort is literally among the heart of the people. We didn’t like the fact that we were catfished with pictures that clearly are nothing like the resort in present day, but giving it a chance is easily done based upon the care you receive while there. They seriously need to upgrade and no I will not go back but the stay was not as bad as we thought based upon the look. We literally thought we were about to have vacation planning remorse

This resort was a terrible disaster. At an ostensibly all-inclusive resort, the sharers are incredibly frugal with what they share. To receive a respectable amount, you must consistently beg for more. The idea of an all-inclusive resort, I thought, was to get as much food as you wanted. Also, this hotel appears to have colorism-related staff, which is preposterous in a country with a majority black population. If you don't have an accent or have fair skin, you will be treated very differently than a white or fair-skinned individual. The television is barely functional, as is the telephone, and the balcony door is broken, so there is cause for alarm. There are only two activities available: going to the beach and going to the pool. If you have a physical disability, please avoid this hotel because you will not be catered to, and let's not forget the extremely slow check-in process. Due to reservation difficulties, we arrived at the hotel at about 4:30 p.m. and sat in the lobby until 6 p.m. There were just two courteous and accommodating employees. I couldn't leave out the pancake pillows. The pillows were terribly flat, and I was in excruciating pain for the entire two nights I was there. What exactly is the purpose of two flat pillows? Ultimately, stay away from this sham of a resort and get greater value for your money.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. Unfortunately, my family felt not only unwelcome at this “resort,” but also unsafe. It’s a bad sign when a couple is checking out when you’re checking-in, at 5:00 PM, due to them not being happy with the room or the whole facility. The lady at the front desk barely looked at us, barely spoke to us, and didn’t explain anything at all to us when we checked in. She gave us a room number, 231, that doesn’t even exist, and we looked around for it for awhile. We were told our wrist bands would get us into the beach, which it doesn’t. You have to wait for someone to write passes for you, while they try to sell excursions to you. Beach chairs and umbrellas are $8 each, and the people that rent them on the beach are very unfriendly, exactly like the staff at the Deja. Our unclean room had a sliding door on a balcony that led to a parking lot, and the sliding door had a busted lock. The room had exactly four pillows for our family of four, and one towel. While we didn’t expect a luxurious room, basics were not even there, and the customer service was the worst we’ve ever experienced. A lady selling ice cream on the 2nd floor would actually look down or look away when we approached. The hotel is very outdated, with a couple of nice views- one in the dining room, and one on a balcony facing the beach. There were exactly two male staff members who were friendly, while the rest barely spoke to us. Again, we don’t have to have luxury, but we couldn’t tolerate unsafe and unwelcome. Needless to say, we stayed one night and couldn’t get out fast enough. We quickly made our way to another hotel, which was absolutely wonderful.

From beginning it was terrible. There is no parking at this hotel, you are directed to a "plaza" next door and you end up triple parking between and beside other vehicles to which you are thereafter called several times throughout your stay to remove your car to let out others you are blocking. Absolutely crazy. To then move inside where it is HOT as hell, there is no Air Conditioning anywhere except your room, We waited forever to receive our room keys and despite the friendliness of the Security and the lady that Greeted us, eventually one of the ladies at check in was rude when we enquired about the balance of Room keys for our group. All other staff were very helpful and friendly. This however, did not make up for the state of our room (which we got hours later) which was Musty and appeared to be infrequently utilized. The room by the way, made all occupants sick. Regarding food, choices were very limited (except for Breakfast which was Good) and the Grill constantly ran out. Liquor and chaser options from the Bars were also limited. All in all, a Bad experience and I will never recommend or return. I recommend, a total revamping and refurbishing of this Hotel.
