My wife and I spent a week here in June, 2022. We had a great time. This was our first time leaving the country so we wanted to make sure we felt safe and at ease wherever we went. This was a great place to safely enjoy our week. The resort had a good mix between relaxing beach and pools to lounge and chill and some higher energy pools to enjoy the time spent around music and fun people. The resort also did a good job of hosting events such as a rock concert, broadway show, parties, and more to have the guests engaged and loving the night life. The resort workers were all very nice and helpful. Eddie Murphy was our favorite worker. He always had great energy and really enjoyed what he did. 9/10 overall

This was our first time in the DR! It was a wonderful experience from food to entertainment. We would go back again just for the entertainment staff alone! Eddie Murphy, Sugar, Ken Doll, Barbie, Melky, Barbie and Jesus made our stay! We left la familia!

I just came back from a trip with some friends and it was a 10/10. We upgraded to xhale and it was worth every penny! From the moment we were "welcomed home" to being called family every day. Glinny was assigned as our personal concierge contact and he went above and beyond every moment we were there. Even if he couldn't give us a definite answer he was sure to check on it and get back to us. Any time we had a minor issue that had to be tended to it was resolved in under 10 minutes. Each and every staff member we encountered always had a smile on their face. Do yourselves a favor and book now!

this was our second Visit to the Breathless Punta Cana Resort & Spa. We stayed there from May 9 to May 16, 2022. The Resort is located on Uvero Alto Beach a lovely beach much more quiet then Punta Cana. We like everything about this Resort, except the loud Music around the Pool, it is a Party place for the young, and yes they have fun, and the Party goes on till 2:00 AM. So be careful when you book your Suite location. We usually stay in the back of the building where the Spa is located. What is most annoying is the music being played has the dull sound of “bum, bum, bum, “ whatever that means. But they must be doing something right because the Resort is busy. The Staff is super friendly and accommodating. Everyone is “ magnífico “. We were accommodated in Suite 3134, which is a quiet location. The Suite is very large - see my photos-. There is a King size bed with a good mattress to provide a healthy sleep. The bedlinen was clean. There is enough closet space, also a desk, TV and a Living room area. You have a Patio area, also an outdoor Whirlpool. There is a Mini Bar which is re-stocked daily. The Bathroom is large, with two sinks, amenities, a separate W/c and Shower. Our Room Attendant “Desivres” was excellent with a great attitude. Breakfast is served at “ Spoon” which offers a huge Breakfast selection, I guarantee you will not leave hungry. Here, also a Lunch Buffet is served, also a huge selection of food is available. Service by the wait and kitchen staff is outstanding. All food is delicious and guests load up their plates which is mind boggling. On certain days of the week a huge Buffet is awaiting you at Spoon as well. Dinner is served at the French Restaurant called “Coquette”. They have a very nice menu and the service is great. We ate their several times and Captain “Jose Ramon” took such good care of us, a very friendly Supervisor. You also can use the Dining facilities at the Dreams Onyx Resort which is right next door. The Landscaping, with the tropical Gardens are beautifully maintained by the staff. On your way to the Beach you pick up your Beach-Towel. The Beach Chairs offer many shady areas. Now if you want a good local massage, once you are on the beach turn left walk toward JC Penny, here you find "Heidy & Ruth" and both of them will give you an outstanding massage at $35.oo for one hour. You will NOT be disappointed. We had 8 Massages there. The only annoyance is the loud Music with a madone sound till 2:00 AM… it’s a Party…. we recommend staying here. Everything else works like a Swiss Clock, and we will return in December for 7 nights. Enjoy your stay...…

Breathless Xhale Club is a great resort…..highly recommend. You may be lucky enough to get Willy as your VIP host. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. We hate to leave paradise!!! There are shows every night, something to do always.

When you come and visit Breathless resort, Willy is your man to get it done. He made our Hibachi reservations, checked up on my party and made sure we were good each and every day. He is very hospitable and does it effortless. When i return next year, i will make sure to request him.

My wife and I landed on Sunday and spent the first 2 days enjoying the pools and food. On day 3 we both started having horrible stomach cramps and excessive diarrhea and some vomiting. The symptoms were so bad that we were bed ridden and unable to enjoy our stay. Upon arrival back into the US and with my wife getting worse - we went directly to the ER. Test results indicated we had two strands / strains of E. Coli poisoning. We didn’t leave the resort at all and even practice safe tooth brushing etc (I.e. used bottled water provided) As much as we wanted to return for another trip - I cannot risk getting sick again. Based on what I have seen on Google DR has seen a lot of E. Coli and other food / water borne issues
