We had a amazing time here. The room was amazing and very clean. The weather was perfect and everyday was spent in the pool or ocean. The pool waitress Mari was excellent and very friendly. When you eat at the buffet or at Blue Water Grill be sure to sit in ramoncito, Francisco J. And Wilkin’s section. Wilkin is at the buffet for breakfast and lunch and then at the grill for dinner. He is the best! We would love to be back here some day.

We traveled to Secrets Royal Beach to celebrate my wife's birthday with 14 friends. The resort was beautiful! Well kept grounds and clean. Minimal seaweed to deal with. It was nice having access to all the amenities at the Dreams next door. The Secrets staff did an awesome job accommodating our large group at 4 restaurants where we all celebrated together, Olio, Bourdeaux, Himitsu and Portofino. Thomas, the manager at Portofino, went above and beyond to set up my wife's birthday celebration. Excellent service by him and his staff! Our pool server, Joahnny, Greeted us with a smile and great service all week, making sure we were "well hydrated"! Our favorite server was Wilkin, who always looked for us and offered his friendly disposition and fantastic service. All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful! Normally we find the food in the DR not that great. Not the case here. The food at all restaurant was delicious. Excellent tasting choices and variety at buffet as well! One of the disappointments of the trip were the lack of premium spirits unless you upgraded to preferred. It used to be a selling point of Secrets that they served premium spirits. Now its just lower end products. Overall a fun trip! We would go back but probably upgrade to preferred.…

We arrived a bit late on our Friday to Friday excusion at Secrets Royal Beach and out the gates, Renfi was nothing but welcoming throughout the walk through the resort and helping us get situated in our room. He was available and helpful the entire week we were there and I could not recommend him enough. He made a great experience perfect. If you decide to go please make sure to ask for him. As for the resort, it was conveniently laid out, everything was an easy walk and you're never too far from a bar or restaurant. The food was excellent and the nightlife leaves nothing to be desired, whether you're looking for something more exciting or would rather just sit down for a show. I can assure you we will be back and I know anyone who makes the decision to go to Secrets Royal Beach is making the correct choice when visiting Punta Cana.…

Our 7 day stay at Secrets Royal Beach was very nice. The beach is beautiful and the coast line is really long. Very nice for long beach walks. In general, the service was fast. Everyone was very polite and nice. We only had to wait for dinner one night. We thought the preferred club areas in particular were very nice - 2 preferred pools and 2 preferred lounges. The spa experience was very professional and feels upscale. The resort was very busy here in June 2022, but we were always able to easily find a beach spot in the preferred beach area. Our butler Renffi was easy to communicate with via WhatsApp and handled our reservations. Spa therapist Alicea and spa valet Tahilor were great! We also really liked our waitress at the French restaurant, Indhira. Would recommend this resort. …

The Secrets Royal Beach Punta Cana resort is fantastic … very clean, beautiful, relaxing, luxurious, etc …. BUT, for as awesome as the resort is, the people here are 10 times better!! You will leave here with new best friends and family. Warnes was our butler and the nicest gentleman we met. Very helpful and accommodating throughout. Ramon C at Bluewater Grill and Olio is a SUPER rock star!! Yo-yo on the lazy river bar is fantastic and as sweet as can be … but be careful, you might have too much fun. Lady and Faney Luz serving drinks on the beach were the best! The list goes on - we had a great stay and can’t wait to rebook soon!

From the beginning you are Wow by the beauty of this resort, the pool lagoons, and lazy river are amazing beautiful resort with the landscaping and lighting, you feel like in a dream island. We were treated like Kings an Queens with the service, you have your own butler, Isaias was ours and he went beyond speciations!!! The Shows are great and loved all the amenities that they had. I recommend also the Spa, great work to the staff, very friendly, they have all kind of messages very private VIP ambience . There are a lot options to dine, great restaurants, all kind of cocktails and you can ask for what ever drink you want they will prepare it for you. Infinity drinks, included already in your vacation. If you have special request for food they can make it for you, again the staff goes beyond to please you. Fun parties and night club. You can have a romantic dinner at the beach. Beautiful beach and you can have sort of cabanas, “first come fist serve” You don’t need to bring your towels they will provide with anything. Bars and food everywhere!. A lot of different pools if you like a quiet pool you also that choice. The bedrooms are very clean and if you need anything you can just leave a note. Our vacation was like living in paradise for 1 week. The amenities, cleanliness and politeness was overwhelming in the best way possible. Our butler, Isaias, was remarkable. My boyfriend and I visited Secrets Royal Beach in June and honestly, this resort doesn’t compared to other Secrets Resorts. For starters, we weren’t offered a welcome drink like others. We got a private plunge pool room and there was a tv screen with a crack on it adjacent to an actual tv that didn’t work which gets you a little paranoid as if someone is watching you. Our toilet got stuck TWICE and walking towards the buffet there’s a smelly odor as if they were having sewer issues- go figure since our toilet got stuck. In addition, our room door was left open TWICE by housekeeping. This wasn’t a major issue but majority of the worker didn’t really speak English so it was a lot of trying to translate sentences using an app. The food was pretty decent and I wish the bartenders were nicer even though we tipped really well. I would advise staying next door at Dreams! We had the privilege of both resorts and the bartenders were definitely more friendly. If you do go to Dreams ask for Samuel! He was honestly the best. Just returned from an 8 night say at Royal Beach. Beautiful resort; very well maintained and the service was superb. The staff went out of their way to ensure everything was to our liking. We will definitely go back. We stayed in room 3159, preferred room on the 1st floor that has direct access to the lazy river. The room location was great, really fun to be able to walk or your room and walk into the lazy river. Our butler was Jesus, he was awesome. He checked in us a couple times a day to ensure we had everything we needed. Modesto (breakfast buffet), Rosa & Lachicka (preferred pool served) we all so wonderful.
