Pablo was great

We checked in today and recede great service as soon as we got out of the taxi. Everything was nice and clean! Pablo was extremely helpful and polite! The next time I’m in Santo Domingo, I’ll definitely be coming back to this hotel.

We visited the hotel 8/15-25/19, Ranfi the bell hop, was very friendly, professional , and courteous. The club lounge personal also very professional and courteous. We stood in the Tower in king side room which is very nice. My only complaint is that hotel restaurant does not offer a discount for Marriott members and you pay for water, which is free at the front desk. Our overall experience was very positive. …

Very friendly service

Perla and the rest of the staff were always very courteous and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay. One particular instance where the staff was extremely helpful is when I need urgent hemming services and one of the ladies that worked there did the service for me herself.

I had a really good time during my stay. RAIMON CASTILLO made sure i am very comfortable. I asked them to change my room and with out any questions they offered m a better room. overall services is good. everyone is helpful making sure your stay is pleasant .

Perfect for friends and couples!

My experience at the brunch was great! Jacobo the Manager of F&B was marvelous! He remembered our choices from the last time me and my friends visited and made sure we had a fantastic time. He is a real asset! We will visit soon!

Restaurant no pool yes. Stayed there many times no bracelet, smh. That’s BS

I just booked this hotel and i wanted to know if there was a daily resort/ hotel fee?

Hi Anissa The hotel does not charge a resort fee. The tax in DR is 18% and there is also a 10% service charge fee. The service charge fee is mandated by law for all hotels and restaurants and is passed on 100% to our employees. I hope this answer helps Matt General Manager Renaissance Santo Domingo

Do you have halal food at the restaurant? Also is there any kids club at the facility?

I don’t think you will find Halal food in the Dominican Republic and i’m not sure about a kids club at the hotel, but i’ve been staying there for over a decade and never heard anything about one
