This is only a 3-star, but I would give it at least ½ star more. It is a super cute little place with a quiet little private beach and a nice little swimmingpool. The rooms are quite large and the rooms on the top floor have private balconies. The rooms on ground floor open…
You wake up to the roosters and go to sleep to the frogs. Everything is steps away and staff really cares about you and your visit. The food is very fresh and rooms very comfortable . If you would like a faster pace it's right across the harbor.
Overall low standard if you live in the ”Western world”. Cant swim in the ocean, too dirty since the hotel is located in the harbour. Breakfast is a joke, toast and bad coffee. Its far to ”the city” so you either need a car or go by taxi.
Stayed here for a few days in late November 2018. A very peaceful setting right on a small beach but close to the English Harbour. Rooms large, clean, stylish and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful
I would choose it again---I liked its coziness and proximity to the ocean, with a beach and a pool. Dining room ok, except surprised it was not open for dinner----pool good, beach nice, staff friendly. No wi fi was a bummer for my grandson.
"Room 12 - first floor in the corner - is the best in the house."
"I dont know what this means---It was a very simple room with a great view and a nice porch to sit on."
"Do not stay at this hotel."
"All rooms overlook the beach, so all are good,"
