Our third visit here so we must like it. Knowing what to expect there were very few surprises. We like the beachside bungalows on Royal palm beach as they are more spacious and better equipped.Minor issues were dealt with promptly,Opal and Denise looked after our room

I will definitely investigate the matter with the ice as we would never allow for the health and well being of our guests to be compromised. For an all-inclusive hotel you have to fight for everything! You are told not to drink the water but the hotel doesn’t provide much suitable drinking water - the iced water at breakfast and dinner is not fit for purpose, it tastes disgusting, and the bottled water stations in

In regards to the drinking water, it is replenished at the water fountains multiple times daily and available at both bars during advertised hours. All bottled beverages are not apart of the all inclusive package as advertised in all of our literature, I do apologize if there was some misunderstanding in this regard. It is most regrettable that you felt unwell during your stay and we would have requested a doctor to see you during your stay had you made this known to us. Food poisoning can only be confirmed through lab tests and as a doctor was not seen it is possible that you could have had bug. We do value your feedback and will be using the constructives to grow and better meet the expectations of our guests.

Being our second visit to the resort we were disappointed with the general decline of the upkeep of the place. As previously the general staff were very helpful, friendly and efficient; the general management seemed distant. The food was poor.

We too had issues with water to our rooms & in fact suffered for 8 days of our stay. The management are incapable of maintaining the resort & it appears that it has been an ongoing issue for many many years. They actually closed in 2015 & carried out some works but then don’t appear to have done much else. We have many pictures showing the poor state of repair throughout the property including photos illustrating stagnant water under our first room. We had flies & bad smells but were told it was nothing. Don’t go unless you like getting back to basics!!!!

We have been involved in a compensation claim with them since the 17th December & a getting no positive answers. Whilst at the resort we were lied to by the management & am not surprised at the way you have been treated. We took numerous pictures to show how dilapated & run Dow the resorts is. Perhaps a complaint to your credit card company is the best way forward?

Hi, We had a rental car so not sure how far on a transfer, but it's not far, maybe 45 minutes. Small in tact shells can be found on the far end of Eden beach when the tide is going down.

It’s a small resort but does have 141 rooms. We are awaiting departure hopefully tomorrow as we have now had No water I often twice a day for 8 days. The stay has been stressful so we may not be here when your friends arrive. Kind regards Lloyd & Valerie

How far is it to the nearest Bank or money change bureau?
Far. You can use their shuttle. Takes you into town at 9am and picks you up at 12. $8
