Stunning location, warm hosts, beautiful house - lots of space and nicely decorated rooms. Highly recommend. There are also a lot of animals. We had a family of swallows under the roof with the sweetest song, and some monkeys also came to pay a visit. Do not leave the windows open too wide!

The Landhuis is beautifully appointed in period farm style with great attention to detail. It is very spacious and comfortable and caters for couples to large groups of 10. The house was spotless, with a large inviting pool, after a hot day in the Baviaanskloof. Susan, the owner was super, very friendly with many interesting tips for further exploration and enjoyment of the area. She also provided sumptuous meals on request. We loved our stay and hope to go back!

Kamerkloof filled our hearts with abundance and joy from the moment we arrived and throughout our stay. It’s definitely a place we will visit again and one we highly recommend. My extended family – 20 of us of all ages! – visited Kamerkloof over a long weekend. We were absolutely thrilled with the quality of the accommodation and the fact that it could accommodate all of us, very comfortably whilst meeting our different needs. The accommodation offered privacy and quiet spaces but also amazing larger spaces which comfortably allowed all 20 of us to socialise, eat and braai together. The sleeping options ranged from basic and comfortable to luxurious and spacious. It included spaces for individual families, children as well as ‘teenager pads”. As with all larger groups, we had hundreds of questions before the booking and all of them were answered in a patient, friendly and clear manner. Our hosts assisted us in the same friendly and attentive manner throughout our stay and we felt most welcome on their farm. We ordered the famous roosterkoek and were very impressed with the quality of the food and service. Most of the time we catered and cooked for ourselves, which was a joy given the very well-equipped and spacious kitchens as well as the amazing boma/braai area. Kamerkloof has it all and with the excellent and easy ‘indoor/outdoor’ living, the beautiful views, the generous swimming pools and the walks through the orchards and on the mountains, this is a really special place that was truly enjoyed by all.

We, two couples, really enjoyed this beautiful accommodation . Instead of the Wilddruifhuissie Susan ugraded us to the Studtis House. Kamerkloof, a special place. Our two night stay was way too short! We enjoyed the view over the olive trees and relaxed at the pool. We didn't have time for a walk around. In the house is everything that you could possibly need. We, Gretha, Anja, Jos and Jan, thank Susan and Zanne for their kindness and helpfulness. We can 100% recommend Kamerkloof Baviaanskloof.

We had the good fortune to spend three wonderful days in the heart of the Baviaanskloof. Everything was perfect from our arrival to our departure and Susan was the perfect host, always available to answer any questions and provide interesting background on the restoration of the cottages and the area. It is a working farm and we enjoyed the olive oil tasting that was also hosted by Susan. Kamerkloof is the ideal location to explore the Baviaans but with the view from the stoep it was tempting not to drive around at all but to relax and enjoy the ambience of Kamerkloof. A gem not to be missed.

We rented the main house (both halves) with another family (v old friends). Our hosts Zaan (owner Susan's daughter and Andy were so friendly, letting my son ride a quad bike up to the house, wgmhuchbhas two verandahs with braais (BBQs) on opposite sides so you can swap if the wind is too strong. So many charming rooms you can just disappear and chill if you want. Bedrooms all ensuite are all very comfy. The lookout/ sundowner spot is lovely and our hosts joined us for a sundowner (or six ). The gorge walk is amazing (we only did the Damsekloof walk as it quite a walk) .The Baviaanskloof is awesome and Kamerkloof is a great place to base yourself. Zaan and Andy, you guys rock !!. Highly recommended.

We were a group of 9 visiting the famous Baviaanskloof in June. During our getaway, we had the pleasure of staying at die Landhuis, Kamerkloof Guest Farm, and the experience was nothing short of remarkable. From the moment we stepped foot on the property until the moment we departed, every detail was meticulously attended to, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Nestled in a charming location surrounded by mountains, die Landhuis offers a tranquil and serene escape from the bustling city life. The well-manicured garden and beautiful surroundings create a calm and inviting atmosphere that instantly set the tone for relaxation. The property also provides easy access to nearby attractions and breathtaking natural landscapes. The accommodation itself was thoughtfully renovated, blending modern amenities with an authentic touch of local charm. The house was spacious, super clean, and elegantly furnished, boasting comfortable beds and bedding in 5x en-suite bedrooms. Susan was an excellent host and always willing to help where help was needed. Our stay was a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!

Well positioned and a lovely base from which to explore the Kloof. Enjoyed the hiking up the mountain and the evening around the boma. Enjoyed staying there and having glass of wine around a cozy fireplace. Accommodation is of a very high standard and overall stay was very pleasant.

We absolutely loved our stay at Kamerkloof Guest Farm. Our hosts Susanne & Andre Reyneke were so welcoming and shared their knowledge of the valley as well as their farming experience, an aspect we loved hearing about. Love the olives and olive oil. We enjoyed the hiking trails but needed another few days to explore them all. We will definitely go back!
