We served two nights in this property, and extended our stay twice to twelve nights , but for an unchangeable commitment we would have stayed even longer . We spend six to eight months a year travelling the world and have stayed in some of the best and worst hotels on every continent, this property is not in either category but it is very good there are some negatives but they are very few and minor.First impressions are fairly standard for a property at this price point but once through the main doors the lobby and reception area are not standard , they are very spacious and presented in an extremely attractive and modern Moroccan style . The check in and out is efficient, professional and very friendly and includes a welcome soft drink and the courtesy of the concierge showing you to your room and explaining the facilities of the hotel and the room. The room itself (139) was light and airy and sparklingly clean as is the entire property , it was unusual that there was not a desk chair at the work station nor an espresso machine which is commonplace in most hotels of this quality other items such as robes were only available on request due to COVID 19 restrictions. Sleep quality is excellent but strangely although the bed is very comfortable double bed the top -linen is two large single duvets rather than one double size duvet maybe that’s a Moroccan custom I’m not sure The bathroom was presented in the same modern Moroccan style as the room and was very spacious but again unusually lacked a bidet . The shower was excellent with a variety of features and very good water pressure and almost immediate temperature control . Toiletries are individually packaged and fragrant . There is housekeeping which is not always the case during the pandemic and it is fantastic the room and general areas are so clean they are almost sterile~ we loved that~ . Externally there is well designed and attractive pool area with a variety of pools sun loungers and easy chairs additionally there is a variety of activities available for both children and adults managed by a very attentive entertainment team. Access to the beach is a few steps away but there are not any hotel loungers as the beach is public but that is due to change as of December. There is a gym but it is lacking some basic equipment for anyone that exercises regularly. The only other drawback for us with the external facilities is that the constant hotel music is at times very loud and rather intrusive especially at meal times when conversations become very difficult that said requests to reduce the volume are always complied with. There are several restaurants on site but due to COVID 19 only one is operating which is the buffet the food is very good in terms of quality , options and portion size but a little basic some of the more usual delicacies are lacking again due to COVID 19 and a reduced clientele. The outstanding feature of the property is undoubtedly the staff who are consistently friendly and professional there are always standouts and for us they were Ajob and reduan and all the female staff on reception kamal ,rashid and norridin in the restaurant As well as the chefs and rafik the concierge. In short a fantastic experience overall and we were sorry to leave.

RUDE GIRlS in main bar 😡
Me and my husband arrived and was amazed by the hotel not a lot around to do but we would make the most of it, the hotel was beautiful and clean ..but would not chance going out at night. we payed for a room with pool view and got a garden view with a road, so we went to reception this was at 10pm at night and they said come back in the morning and we will try and change you, we was not happy but traveling all day we just want to eat and go to bed. Then the next day we went back to reception at 8am then was told to come back at 10am so we did and yes they got us a pool view room lovely very clean looking at the pool so we was happy, that we could enjoy our holiday.
Entertainment at night was a man singing 🤦‍♀️ Apart from a friday and Saturday night.
Entertainment team boys and girls was brilliant always trying to get you involved with things going on in the day. 😘
Food not great very repetitive 😡 No saugers or bacon.
Drinks only wine beer vodka rum gin they was always running out of it all. No Amereto or Malibu.
They did not stock up well to keep the customers happy.
Sun bed are great comfortable and plenty of them you are right on the beach waves are big we have not seen so many surfers but enjoyed watching them.
We went on two trips to see the crocodiles and camel ride with sun set dinner brilliant great experience.
Lots of stray dogs about made many friends feeding them.
No kids slides or park as they are turning the hotel for family’s.
All pool are lovely but cold but that just me lol 😂
Pool staff and security staff was friendly.
Washing the floor and parasol at 10/10.30 in the morning the floor can be quite slippery.
Pool bar staff lovely and tried the best,
But the girls in the main bar up stairs bar are VERY RUDE & arrogant but if you was a man then they are all over you. Over all a part from the food and the rude girls it’s was lovely and we meet some lovely people may go back in a few years time.

The white beach is a beautiful hotel and the weather was gloriously sunny all week. Gorgeous pools, plenty of sun loungers and the beach is on your door step. Beach is a surfer beach the waves can be very strong. Food is good but does get tedious after a few days as it is just one buffet. Rooms are very good, large, clean, super shower but garden rooms do overlook a hotel being built next door although we heard no noise from the construction. The animation team are super friendly and Achraf is a bundle of energy. The staff are all really welcoming and hard working. In the upstairs bar Sam was a very good waiter and kept the drinks flowing. Drinks are ok but like any all inclusive the cocktails are too sweet and beer watery. Turn left up the beach and there are camel rides. Expect to pay 100DM for half an hour. This was fab and the man took loads of photos and videos for us. We did the trip to Agadir and that was very interesting. A lovey relaxing trip in a super clean hotel but if nightlife is what you are looking for this isn’t the place for you. Evening entertainment is hit and miss and doesn’t start until 10pm.
Things to look out for:
At Agadir airport they grab your luggage and take it to your transfer and are VERY pushy for a tip. Have some coins to hand.
Check in at the hotel was slow and they didn’t even offer us a drink after a 12 hour journey.
Reception and management at the hotel need to do better and be more friendly.
There is a local tax. We paid £55.
You need to pay £10 returnable deposit per towel.
It is a closed currency. There is a currency exchange at the airport, at the hotel and on the main road outside the hotel. The hotel has an ATM.
You can feed the cats and kitten at the hotel but don’t try to pet them.

We have just spent a week at the White Beach Resort on an all inclusive package. The resort itself is beautifully laid out with many swimming pools and plenty of sun beds for all to enjoy. Across from the resort you can easily step on to Taghazout beach and if you’d prefer not to get sand in your toes there are plenty of opportunities to view the sea from a sun bed in the resort itself.

The rooms are big and modern, with fantastic showers! We had a pool view room on the right of the resort, as you look at the sea. (We previously had a ‘Garden View’ room on the left side, but we were a bit disappointed with the view (of a small road and some rooftops) so we choose to pay a little more to upgrade. We think this was worth it.) If you have the opportunity to request where your room is located I would encourage you to have a pool view on the left side of the resort, as these rooms seemed to enjoy sun on their balconies later in the day. (We did not have any sun.)

The hotel only has one buffet restaurant. (We thought perhaps there were two, but it turns out they are the same restaurants but with different spaces - i.e. an overflow or a smaller space if less busy.) We are both vegetarian (but previously meat eaters) and this was our first experience of an all inclusive, without eating meat. We knew this would be a test in an all inclusive resort in somewhere like Morocco. We would say the food is pretty good. The salads, veg soup, fruit and breads were particularly good, other dishes became a bit repetitive for us towards the end of week. (The meat dishes looked good - particularly those being freshly cut.) There is also a snack bar (near the pool bar) which does things like burgers, chips and paninis and later in the day ‘afternoon tea’ which consisted of pastries, cakes and crepes.

All staff worked hard to create a welcoming atmosphere for the guests. The animation team were particularly friendly. The music played in the pool area throughout the day was a bit loud for us (and we are in our late 30’s) - the resort has a very relaxed vibe, this didn’t quite match it. (You could still hear it in our room with the balcony door closed.)

We walked to Taghazout one day. (Turn right at the beach.) It took about an hour and there was a path that followed the coastline in front of the large hotels. The town is very small but nice to see. We had some lunch in a restaurant that had a panoramic view of the bay. It was a hot walk, with little shelter, so take water.

The last thing to note is that the hotel stops serving alcohol at 11pm. Most people ate dinner quite late here so it felt early to us.

The White Beach Resort is absolutely breathtaking, as you walk through the huge grand reception hall your eyes cannot help but be drawn to the fabulous view across the stunning resort to the sparkling sea.
The staff were super friendly, helpful and really approachable.
Our two swim up rooms were well equipped with large comfy beds and wonderful ensuites.
There is a charge for pool towels (€10 per towel) but this is refunded at the end of your stay.
The evening buffet becomes a bit repetitive after 7days so if we were to return we would book for a shorter break.
There are always plenty of sunbeds and lots of umbrellas so no need to worry about getting poolside at stupid o'clock like some resorts.
The beach is a 2min walk from the resort, the sea is fabulous to refresh you after sunbathing but do be aware there are lots of wild dogs roaming there. They are very friendly and love walking alongside you but if you are frightened of dogs it's something to be aware of.
We would recommend White Beach Resort and plan to return.

My partner and I stayed at the white beach resort for 10 nights. We had an incredible experience. From the cleaning team to the security to the management we were always greeted with a welcoming smile and made to feel at home so much that when it came time to leave we didn’t want to go!

The Resort

The pictures don’t do this resort justice! Clean and spacious, not overcrowded, 6 pools, a bar area, sofa area and outside restaurant which is open when the main food court is closed. surrounded by palm trees and deck chairs aplenty! As you step out of the resort you step onto a beautiful clean beach where if you’re an early bird you’ll catch people learning how to surf.
The resort is a beautiful calm and relaxing environment where you truly can relax and unwind. The food was fresh and there was a variety of things to choose from. Every evening there were new things on the menu. Plenty of fresh fruit, croissants, pizza, fresh eggs for breakfast etc

Although all the staff at the resort were amazing a few people really stood out.

The cleaning team

The cleaning team is huge and various people cover certain sections within the resort. You will see them throughout the day working hard with a smile on their faces. Halima cleaned our room everyday. She always greeted us with a smile, was warm and welcoming and always left our room immaculate! A massive thank you to Halima.

The main food court team

Rachid greeted us every morning with a smile and made time to talk to all the guests. He was there to answer any questions and his top priority was to ensure all the guests were happy and had everything they needed.

Faisal (head chef) found around the pizza station ready to make you a pizza of your choice or get you anything you need with a smile on his face and a happy, jolly attitude.

All the waiters were incredible and on the ball at all times. Always working hard and ready to get you whatever you needed.

The security team

Ahmed is head of security and you’ll find him at the entrance to the resort. A friendly man, very kind, welcoming and super helpful as is his colleague (I don’t remember his name but you’ll also find him at the gates)

A big thank you to Sufyaan (manager) we had some wonderful conversations with him.

Overall our experience was 10/10 and we would definitely return. if you’re thinking of visiting we would highly recommend The white beach resort.

Okay I will try to be as fair as possible.

The bad:

Given wrong room. Booked sea view and had a view of the road. took until 5pm following day to sort out after being told many different times throughout the day when it would be ready. Therefore wasting our first day back and forth to reception. No compensation in any form for that, no refund, no complimentary massage/late room checkout

Flies everywhere

Hotel taxis overcharge, no room to negotiate the price

Queues at beach bar all day and queues for snack bar in the afternoon

Queues at breakfast for eggs, pancakes etc if you’re not there before 8.30 am

Reception staff dismissive and are not helpful

Swim up rooms are just a paddling pool outside your room never saw any guests in theirs – glad we didn’t pay the extra £100 for this

Music around the pool wasn’t relaxing at all, very loud and thumping music. If you go down to the sunbeds closer to the beach/grass it’s a bit quieter

Ran out of alcohol a lot eg. White rum, milk for pina coladas, never stuck to the ingredients listed on the cocktail menu

Only 2 bars both complete opposite ends of the entire pool area which is huge! One a beach bar and the other you have to go upstairs and into the hotel for

Pools are not heated

Spa pool was even colder than those outside!

Paid nearly £60 for a 60minute ‘deep tissue’ massage. Booked this for 12pm however they took us in 10 mins late and had us lie in the dark at the end of the massage for 5 minutes. Checked the time when we left, and it was 1pm. That’s dressed and out the door. Meaning we only really got 40-45mins max. Although you pay extra for ‘tonic’/’deep tissue’ this is not a stronger/firmer massage. I am a trained masseuse, and this was standard relaxing massage

Good:

Food was good, nice mixture most evenings although some did get repetitive

Didn’t eat in the a la carte restaurants so can’t comment on those. Although did pop into the Italian but it served the same pasta and pizza that was at the buffet restaurant

Wait staff at the buffet were lovely especially Hachim during dinner service who was always topping up our wine and happy to have a chat

Room and view was good when we eventually got the correct one

Maids done a good job every day and decorated my room with swan and petal arrangements for my birthday – albeit at the request of my boyfriend but it looked lovely

Other things to note

Hotel is not adults only

Hotel is not in Agadir – about a 20 minute taxi away which they may charge you between 25-35£ for, maybe more.

Taghazout doesn’t really have anything around it.

Overall this is definitely not a 5 star hotel in my opinion and although I had a relaxing week i wouldn’t return which is a shame as it does have potential but too many things let us down

I went here in March with a friend to work and relax, the hotel is outside of Agadir on a beach surrounded by very run down areas. We arrived, mid-evening and were booked in which took a while we were then ushered into the restaurant. When we eventually went to the room they had booked us into a double not a twin and said they had nothing with sea view to change us to even though the hotel was half full, we said we would take a twin anywhere just so that we could sleep and they could sort it out in the morning, they were very slow in sorting this out while we stood around, at this point our luggage had not arrived to the room either a good hour and a half since arriving. By this time we were tired and wanted to sleep, we had to ask several more times and ended walking back to reception to request our luggage again i was even willing to take it myself, reception were unhelpful and quite rude, we asked for some drinks as there were none in the fridge in the room even though it was all-inclusive and 5Star, eventually we got two glasses covered in clingfilm brought to the room and some bottled water.

It took the whole of the next morning for them to sort a room for us to move to which overlooked the pool not quite a sea view but we were ok with this. the room had not even been occupied previously to us requesting to move.

The restaurant was small and the choice of food was limited and sometimes looked like it had just been reused from the day before. The Restaurant Manager Rachid however was very hospitable, friendly and made my mornings while working a very pleasant one, the coffee was great!

Wifi was a bit sporadic so working from our room was not always great so had to move all my work things to the main hotel.

They seemed to be a bit confused as to when the outside bar and food area was open so this was not reliable and also although we received room service the first two days were told after this that it was not then available, this is not what I would expect from a 5 star Hotel.

I had a massage at the spa which was amazing and the staff their were so welcoming and friendly the Receptionist Raja and therapists Meryam and Khadija, the whole spa area was fabulous and the cost was extremely good for what I had, i would highly recommend this.

The Entertainment staff and waiters were all friendly and trying their hardest to do things that the customers would like, the entertainment staff were obviously bored as there were hardly any customers in the hotel and could have been utilised to get involved with other things, they were defintately not being managed properly but this is probably because they were agency staff, the evening entertainment was very amateur mostly dances learnt from youtube we were told.

Overall the Hotel was extremely clean and the rooms were cleaned every morning to a really high standard our cleaner Soukaiwa was lovely and made us lovely towel animals and bed cover designs she definately took pride in what she did.

The pool areas were georgous and lots of choice of where to sit, I think this hotel has a lot of potential but needs to be brought up to the standard that it professes.

After reading reviews before arrival I was a little sceptical about the hotel. First impressions of the hotel were good, lovely big reception, spotlessly clean. Reception staff could've been friendlier considering they are the first point of contact. Check in was painless, resort tax was £23 per person, I know this is normal now but I feel it was quite steep. Our room wasn't ready so were sent to the snack bar for food, unfortunately the selection was woeful, tuna or chicken panini which was served by the most miserable chef wearing a 2 foot hat that he kept losing because it was windy. When we got access to our room we were pleasantly surprised to find we had a pool, it was more of a paddling pool as only 40cm deep. I'm glad we didn't have to pay extra for this but it was a bonus for us. The room was big, spotlessly clean & the best shower I've ever had, powerful & instant hot water. The cleaning staff worked hard but I don't think there were enough. Every morning our towels were taken but not replenished until much later in the day. Only 2 days out of 7 were the rooms cleaned in the morning, the rest of the time I was chasing cleaners after 5pm to get towels, water, coffee & toilet paper, this is something the management need to sort out.
The food was really lovely, plenty of choice for breakfast, lunch & dinner & mostly still hot when eating it. The staff work really hard but again getting drinks topped up & cutlery was slow & a little irritating when you're trying to enjoy your meals.
The beer & wine was drinkable, althoughserved in small glasses. The spirits & cocktails were really, really poor. Luckily we bought duty free but you really shouldn't have to for a 5 star hotel.
Evening entertainment was to put it bluntly absolutely rubbish! A lady singing to backing tracks & the animation team doing dance routines. The sound system was awful & far too loud, it actually sounded better in the reception area. Only one bar for drinks in the evening, queues were sometimes 15 people deep & the bar staff didn't like you to double up, I don't think they had enough glasses.
All in all we had a nice relaxing time, the management & owners certainly need to tweak a few things to really make this a true 5 star hotel. For me this is a 3 - 4 star at best. Unfortunately I wouldn't return based on the price we paid

This hotel is very good, just set your expectations right - this is a 4* not a 5* hotel.
Arrival: was nice, we were seated and luggage taken care of. It was disappointing though no one offered us a drink after long journey. You will need to pay CASH for pool towels deposit, they can't put it on credit card.
Rooms: spacious and clean, not dated. Beds are comfortable. No dressing gowns in the room, which is disappointing, as they are useful. Bathrooms do not have fan (or it wasn't working in both our rooms) so the smells and humidity linger for quite a while.
Drinking water is supplied in very small quantity. No room service available at all.
Food: there was one buffet restaurant only, the selection was good for 4*. Coffee from the machine was awful, and everyone was waiting for barman to arrive for decent barista coffee. There is some local food available, which was nice. Setting in the restaurant was basic, no table cloths and thin paper napkins. Wine glasses are 125ml, one way to limit your drinking :)
There are 2 bars which serve cocktails, beer and wine.
Pool: AMAZING! It's the biggest pool area overall I have seen in hotel so far. There is a shallow area available for children. There is definitely enough sun loungers and no need to rush to get a spot early.
Staff: friendly and attentive, all speak English, French and Arabic.
Sea: beach is right outside hotel ground, there stairs to get down the cliff. It's wide, sandy and mainly deserted, although it is a public beach.
Children: hotel is Ok with children although it's advertised as adult only. We saw a few during our stay.
