Detailed Reviews
We only stayed one night and found the owner to be helpful and informative and the room spotlessly clean and cosy. When booking we were offered the option to pay 5 pounds extra each for breakfast and we were glad we had as it was excellent ( the breakfast is delivered to the room the night before which means you can cheat and have supper as well ) There was plenty of tea and coffee, bread with jams and marmalades, fruit corner yoghurt and fresh fruit, several choices of cereal, muffins and biscuits and a full bottle of milk in the fridge.
It is a nice quiet location and we were able to sit outside in the sunshine in the afternoon.
We also noticed a little play area for children.
The television was free of charge and the beds were very comfy.
The only downside was that the bathroom was tiny. We would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone.

A great little Motel in lovely surroundings. Really good value. Stayed here for one night to be near a local festival and these little chalet type rooms have everything needed and more for a comfortable stay.

It may be budget but we had no complaints. room very clean, quiet location, food waiting in the fridge, hot and powerful shower and we could park outside the room. We will be using again. Had less for twice the price at other places.

This resembled a US or NZ motel, where you can park your car right outside door (handy in our case due to disability. All service provided. Poor signposting caused difficulty at night, it was signposted Chelford B&B not Moat Hall Farm

Although they do not breakfast any more, there is a toaster, microwave and fridge in the room so I just make my own!
Excellent value and very clean rooms. The staff are helpful and I love the working farm location but you can expect some early morning tractor-type noises during haymaking.
Location is good for Macclesfield, Knutsford and Manchester. There is a good train service from Chelford which is only about 15 mins walk.
