We stayed again in Settler's Drift, as we wanted to experience our 'Once in a Lifetime' trip that we had in 2017! Utterly magical. Wonderful game drives and superb accommodation. Plus fabulous food and attention to detail.

You definitely need two nights as the suggested minimum to enjoy the Kariega experience. One night would provide two safari rides but we found each of our six rides (3 nights) to be unique and enjoyable experiences.
