A Big Hello from the Rommisa Hotel & Restaurant! I’m a 3-star-superior hotel in Oberwielenbach in the Pustertal Valley (Val Pusteria) in Northern Italy. This idyllic Alpine setting lies at the entrance of a Nature Park and from here the Dolomites are clearly visible. In 2019 Katharina and Philipp have taken over, but the older generation Helene and Walter still continue to take care of the guests. So there’s always a member of the Niederwolfsgruber-Carli family around. I was recently given a facelift. My traditional South Tyrolean facade remains, but I’ve received a makeover. In my kitchen chef Philipp conjures up his culinary magic, his specialities are delicious grilled meat dishes. Innovative platters which are reinterpretations of traditional South Tyrolean cuisine. With just 12 rooms, I'm not exactly big but I'm both welcoming and congenial. My new Spa area looks out onto the garden, with fantastic views of the Dolomites and the Kronplatz (Plan de Corones). You’ll be amazed!

We stayed at Romissa for one week. We really love this hotel. The food and spa was over the top. Shuttlebus works very well. The family who runs the hotel is so nice and helpful. We also had a very nice trekking to the pyramids. The organisation around the bialthon was also amazing Monica and Lena

We have spent the last week of the year in this pension suggested by a friend biker. The location is a bit over Percha (Vila di Sopra) just in front of the Kronplatz. You have the brand new train-cableway station (I suppose one of the few in the world) to be on top in about 20 minutes. The pension shuttle shall drive you at any time and bring you back precisely. The family managing the hotel is professional and very kind. Rooms are clean, warm, quite wide and very silent. Bathrooms has been just refurbished very nicely with floor heating. Lift is present. The breakfast is complete and satisfactorily but the real surprise is dinner: every evening you shall enjoy a 4 courses dinner well prepared and tasty. Typical local foods are present together with other Italian ones. Surprise: on 31st also the special dinner was included! The weekly package includes the entrance to the great Cron 4 pool and sauna complex at 5 minutes by car (saunas at 50% on daily rates). The tourist card to use public transports in the area is also included. Great quality/price value. Enjoy!

There was everything great! Nice and clean rooms, excellent food. In the price for accomodation were included also cards to wellness in the city. Great holidays in winter (skiing) and summer (cycling). We can only recommend. But I think there is a need to have a car due to relocation. .
