We would like to thankyou for a fantastic stay. We were 2 couples that stayed in the self catering house which was exceptional and equipped with everything that was needed. The tranquility is exactly what we needed with the cherry on top waking up to the buck grazing on our stoep. It is a hidden gem which is a must to all that are looking for a beautiful bush experience.

We went to stay at Wildehondekloof from the Netherlands with 2 of our best friends from Robertson (owners of "The Lab"). It was an unforgettable experience. The silence, the peace, the beautiful buildings in nature, the wildlife in the garden ... truly breathtaking. The house and the rooms were beautifully equipped with a great bathroom, kitchen and lovely large beds. Everything was clean and fully equipped. We have made wonderful walking tours that were neatly indicated with signs. also we did a great game drive through the resort and spotted a lot of game. Staff was super nice and helpful. A large bbq (Braai) has been built into the kitchen ... it was great cooking! All in all we had an unforgettable time at the wild dog gorge. Highly recommended!! Colin&Nancy - Rita& Flappie

What a stunning 3 days we spent on this beautiful farm. We had a warm welcome with tea, coffee and banana loaf whilst chatting to the owner . The lodge is beautiful with tasteful furniture and fittings. The views are amazing from the veranda with the sound of running streams. Our room was beautiful. We had the privilege of being up graded to the presidents suite. The lounge had an open fire which was very much needed as it was very cold. Large bedroom, comfortable bed and nice linens and blankets. Very grateful for the electric blanket and dressing gowns. Lovely bathroom with a bath and shower made for 2! The food was delicious and plenty to eat. The chef Andre cooked 2 amazing 3 course meals. The food was lovely prepared and presented, we enjoyed every meal. Never eaten kudu before but it was delicious. Breakfast was stunning with lots of choices, each day different. The pizza was the best ever! We enjoyed our game drive with Quinton, he was very informative and we saw lots of game and the giraffe. Lovely to have coffee and Rusks while watching the Wildebeest play. The farm is so pretty and plenty of water and it was lovely to see the waterfall. The hiking trails were good and next time we will bring our bikes. Thank you to all the staff who made our stay so very special, you really spoilt us with your wonderful hospitality. You really have a very special place in the Karoo. Tom. Lesley ann

What a beautiful place with a wonderful running stream nearby. We were soo spoiled with friendly attentive staff and delicious breakfast and lunch snacks. The rooms were perfectly decorated and we had everything there that was needed for winter stay. The game drives and nature walks were soo relaxing and the views over the vastness of the lands were breathtaking. We cannot wait to stay again.
