All the apartments have en suite bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen (including a stove, oven, microwave and fridge/freezer) and a lounge. The first example of our holistic service is that we have a manager on sight in case there are any problems or queries. The manager also serves as a concierge and can recommend restaurants and organise transport for you. We secondly have a team of professional domestic workers who clean and service the apartments regularly. We, at Star Holiday Apartments are well aware of how important technology is in the age we live in. That is why we offer our guests free and unlimited Wifi internet, so that never miss a moment on the cybersphere. We also understand our guests need for variety television and so each apartment has an LCD flatscreen tv in the lounge and another flatscreen LCD in the main bedroom. The property was spotlessly clean and very tastefully decorated. It really felt like home. The complementary coffee, tea, cookies and milk was a nice touch. The washing machine and complimentary washing powder made laundry easy and the drying racked helped as well. The property had conditioning as well.

We had a wonderful stay at Star apartments. The attention to detail was excellent. I didn’t need to carry anything! The place was immaculately clean! I have never stayed in an apartment that is that clean. The manager was extremely kind sweet and understanding. The apartment has a full sized fridge, a washing machine, dishwasher, dryer rack, space to even hang clothes in the garage if the weather is bad. All kitchen ammenities and an airfryer also! Garage attached to the house- so easy and safe to get in an out. The apartment is conveniently located and in a safe area. We had a wonderful, comfortable stay and will definitely stay there again when we are in Cape Town.

Mandela's Gold, 2 bedroom apartment. The accommodation is exceptional, well-equipped, and spotlessly clean. It is tastefully decorated and well-appointed with all the home comforts, meticulous attention to detail and spectacular views. The location is convenient and peaceful. Ayesha is an exceptionally accommodating and obliging host. Lutfia at reception had a delightful demeanor and was very helpful. Will definitely be back.

Star Holiday Apartments are a home away from home. The prestine condition, the cleanliness, the spaciousness and the hospitality is simply superb and awesome. The location - close to the Cape Town cbd, close to Table Mountain and easy access to the main roads makes it an ideal location to move around.The apartment is cleaned regularly and has all the equipment that you need to be comfortable. The views are breathtaking and area is quiet so you can relax. Perfect for couples or families. I must commend the hosts Ayesha & Luthfiya who are accessable and very helpful. I highly recommend staying at Star Holiday Apartments.

We were highly impressed with the apartment.
Very clean, location was great as it's a 5 min drive away from the city Centre and waterfront.
The apartment had all the appliances that made the stay comfortable, eg washing machine, air fryer, gas stove for when there is load shedding.
What impressed me was the washing powder that was made available to use together with tea coffee etc. And also the children's toys that were in the living room for kids to entertain themselves.

One of the best places I stayed in. Top class finishes and furnishings. Secure premises with parking. Friendly and efficient check in / check out. Fully serviced kitchen if you decide to cook or eat in. Variety of DSTV channels available. I chose the unit without the harbour views which wasn't an issue but I had some vies of the suburbs from my balcony and partial mountain view. The good surprise was my unit had full backup power during load shedding.
Location is superb just off the N2 & M3, 5 mins to the city, less than 10 to the V&A and 15 to the airport. Very highly recommended. The only down side is there are no on site activities or games room, pool, etc but you really don't come to Cape Town for that.

The service and hospitality was excellent. We were made to feel welcome and the facility manager went out of her way to assist us and make our stay comfortable.
The apartment was very clean and well furnished. We had the 3 bedroom unit which would be cramped for 6 adults.
The cleaning staff did a great job keeping the place in order during our stay.
In terms of the facilities, the air-conditioning worked well as well as the kitchen and laundry appliances. The wifi was reliable and fast.
The TV and selection of channels could be better but this is a minor issue in Cape Town when you're out and about
The location in Walmer Estate is perfect in that you can easily access the City Bowl and Western Seaboard without being in the hustle and bustle. The freeway is easily accessible to other parts of Cape Town.
Definitely value for money and will be returning.

My Husband and I recently holidayed in Cape Town with our 9 month old baby girl. It was our first proper holiday with her away from home so I was worried about how things will be but I was pleasantly surprised at how it all turned out. I booked with Star Apartments as it came highly recommended by many people when I was looking for accommodation. I'm happy to say that I was absolutely amazed by the place! It was neat, absolutely clean, and very smart with modern finishes. It's the perfect play to stay as it's centrally located so it's close to everything. Uncle Hashim who handed us the keys was a very pleasant and friendly man who gave us all the info we needed for our stay. Aunty Ayesha (I think she's the owner) was also really lovely and allowed us to check out late on the day that we left as our flight was only at 5.30pm. We were allowed to check out at 2pm as there was no one checking into our apartment that day.
The apartment has everything you need on a holiday plus more! There was an iron, ironing board, vaccuum cleaner, a clean sponge and dishwashing liquid, a dishwasher and washing machine with all the relevant detergents. Appliances were new and modern and everything in the apartment was in excellent condition. We requested a cot for our baby and we got a really nice, clean cot with a baby duvet to sleep with. We had a King size bed which was very comfy.
The bathroom was very clean. The apartment is lovely and spacious and is the perfect self catering place for a family to stay. I can't recommend this place enough... If I could give it 6 stars I would! The price was extremely reasonable as well making it the perfect accommodation. I'll definitely be booking with them again! Found my new Cape Town go-to accommodation.

We really appreciated the professional and caring nature of the manager, her in house manager was pleasant and very helpful and the support staff were great.
The apartment building is well located in a residential area which saves you from the hustle of the city and it is also central to access all other areas.
The apartment itself is beautiful and very well furnished with modern designs. it is also well maintained and this is definitely a bonus.
Views from the apartment was spectacular.
The apartment was well suited to us as my dad has mobility issues and he was able to access all the amenities like the bathroom and kitchen, dinning room and lounge area to view television.
The outside area is well looked after and pleasant to the eyes. There is safe paring area for the cars

Went there with my family. The apartment is clean and spacious. We were thoroughly impressed and enjoyed our stay there. Conveniently located, not far from the airport and the areas we had interest in. I would definitely book again or recommend to a friend.
There's only 1 thing I didn't like, on Saturday when we were preparing to go out, the cleaning staff came, and we had just woken up, we asked for an hour to get ready and have our breakfast and we were gonna leave. They came back 30 min later while we were still busy, 3 people came in and the lady came with her 2yr old toddler, I really did not appreciate the chaos that ensued after that, the toddler child running around the whole place making noise, the cleaning while we were getting ready, the guy wanting to clean the same bathrooms we were using to get ready. It just put me off..
Other than that. GREAT APARTMENT.
