Colleen and Clive remain the same fabulous hosts; the property, land, lakes and views are as beautiful as ever .The breakfasts down at the pool in the terrace are as delicious as ever.Time seems to stand still in this most exquisite and relaxing envi
ronment, where you are lulled into gentle tranquillity by birdsong, frogs, insects and breezes through the trees.
Enjoy the Lily ponds and lakes, chat with the owners( who cannot do enough for you and have many interesting and often hilarious stories to tell you.. )
The ambience of the vast garden and the
wonderful, comfortable and spacious
accomodation is like a retreat and
renewal.Whether you come for a night or
several, you will be refreshed and
invigorated.
It has been our privilege and pleasure
to have the stayed here again.
We thank you so much, Colleen and Clive;
and also for letting us share it with our
friends who enjoyed a wonderful late afternoon, fishing, exploring and rounded off an evening of
convivial conversation and a delicious supper.

and supper here
The location is quite, secluded and peaceful. The property is beatiful and the cottages are very cosy. Clive and Collen are the best hosts you can hope for: charming, interesting, entertaining and efficient.
Wether you spend one day or one week you will not be disappointed. Don't miss it!!!!!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & will definately include Redford House on our next trip to South Africa.
The bed big and warm and lovely deep bath with hot water that never ran out.
Sad to leave but will be back to relax and explore the surrounds better.
The place was such a great surprise!
Collen and Clive, the owners and also residents, are extremely nice and make you feel at home (a very beautiful home, in fact!).
We stayed in the two-floor house.
The decoration of the whole place is of extremely well taste.
Our breakfast was specially prepared for us in a part of theproperty that is separated for events.
Coleen and Clive found time to stay and talk to us. They are very attentious.
I definetely recommend the property.
Clive and Colleen are delightful hosts and our breakfasts with them were some of the most memorable of our trip, we felt like we could have chatted with them all day. They made us feel part of the family.
We were given great advice on what to do in the surrounding area and where to go out and dine in the evenings.
The two nights we stayed here we visited Natures Valley and Storms River, both of which could be days out by themselves, if we had more holiday time we could have easily stayed here for a week!
There are so many little things that also contributed to this being a unique experience and I doubt my wife and I will ever forget this place.
Cannot say enough about owners Clive and Colleen Noble who took care so attentively to everything. Exceptional breakfasts and wonderful, entertaining chats with owners and other interesting guests had us excited about what the next breakfast would hold. They catered to our specific needs and went out of their way to find out what we would enjoy to make our stay even more special. The fruit, muesli, honey etc all obtained from neighbouring farms. the staff were friendly and so helpful. Even our car was washed early each morning before we were awake!
The tranquility and natural beauty of this farm-like guesthouse are indescribable.
Rates were so reasonable and affordable.
We stayed for 3 days and wish we could have had a full week or more to really unwind and experience so much more.
Cannot wait to be back.
"We chose their self-catering option, Mrs. Tiggywinkle's Cottage which differs from the other accommodation on the property."Read full review
