After reading previous reviews I was a little sceptical about arriving here however upon arrival this was not the case. The hotel did have a funny ‘sewer’ smell at the lobby but the rooms are spacious & clean, comfortable beds with clean fresh towels every day. The breakfast was grand lovely pancakes, toast & eggs. They have rice and noodles as well which were enjoyable. The WiFi is slow in bedrooms but relatively good elsewhere. Ideal for short stay, it is in the middle of nowhere so you’ll have to get a taxi to places. 2 nights was long enough.

The hotel is bad, bad and bad. The hotel was for tours from China. It could use some renovation, the room was dirty, we killed probably 10 flying insects in which 7 were mosquitoes inside the room. They must have nested somewhere in the ventilation system. The whole room was stale and the the blanket was just outright smelly. Breakfast was inedible except probably the toasts. You have to pay for coffee milk, staff wouldn't allow you to fill water to your own bottle. Doors started to bang shut from 6am onwards, the walls simply couldn't shield any noise from the corridor. Staff was not friendly. It is only a hostel, and they call themselves a hotel.

we’re supposed to stay for 2nights but we checked out the next day coz it’s a nightmare. •if you are travelling with kids this hotel is a big no no coz the lift is not working and the pathway is dark and huge. if you have stroller+luggage it is very difficult. •pool smells like stagnant water and there is a open electricity wires near the pool so watch out your kids. •breakfast is unexplainable and chinese tourist are using their hands to grab food from the buffet. they are loud and noisy during the night •the bidet is leaking so toilet is wet. lots of molds in the sink. bring toiletries coz they only have a dispensable combination of hair and body wash. but they have toothbrush and shaving kit. •sofa is so dirty and broken we never sat in our whole stay. • they are understaff so you barely see them around but they are all very nice and helpful. the hotel driver drop us off in dreamland aquapark but make sure you have a local sim card to call them coz they might forget to pick you up on the way back. •door locks is broken in our room. so be careful •we booked for 2bedroom but they gave us 1bedroom when we checked in but we complain so they transferred us but its a difficult process again since there is no lift. •lots of mosquitoes so bring an insect repellant. •towels are stained and old(not sure if its clean) •wear long pyjamas and own blanket coz we all are itchy the next day. •nothing around the area its very secluded and very far from the main road. they have a shuttle going to the main road or to the beach but its very very far. •hotel view is stunning and beautiful. it has a lot of potential if its fully renovated. …

l just stayed in that hotel from 22/3/2019 to 24/3/2019 and please believe me...never believe what you see in youtube...Now the hotel so run down...very bad shape..room amenities not working or missing...The hotel lift on certain wing not working and guests need to carry their luggage by using the staircase...The so called buffet bfast... i have no words to describe the buffet line and with a group of China tourist in the coffee house ! The pool are disgusting but overall the Staffs are very helpful and polite. Just too bad they worked for wrong hotel chains & management.

Nice place and good service from their staff. Awesome view with amazing landscape.need some improvement with their stuff and rooms,also the breakfast too. Some of guests from another country were very noisy.
