Ari really helpful and polite as a receptionist, he help me to find room with the best view, he’s willing to show me the room before I choose and bring my bag from 1 room to another room during transfer room, the hotel have amazing view, sleep with wave sound and view directly to the ocean was the best part of my trip.

Location - it is on a cliff face. Stunning views across the water. You have to walk up and down steep steps. If you do not have a scooter you then have to walk along a windy but paved path for another 10 mins to reach main road. It' s great exercise but when you return you will be hot and there is nowhere to cool down (read room section) Room- I stayed in a suite with no balcony. Asthetically it was very beautiful. The issue is from around 11am the sun is beating down on the roof and it is super hot. It may just be an issue with these rooms but the AC is useless. It really does nothing. I was starting to be convinced that the unit was fake. I needed a fan, which they kindly gave. After a hot hike around town you want to be cool but the only way of doing that was to go to the bathroom (across the hall-not in room) have a shower and lay in the comfy bed. Food and drink- good selection and delicous. This was a good thing because after a surf session ...I didnt want to have to climb back up the steps to get food elsewhere. P.S. Grabs will come down the windy path to fetch you

The good: Beautiful location and the staff was friendly. The Bad: The walls were paper thin. Like nothing more than a thin bed sheet was stopping the noise. No Privacy. Overall we felt it was overpriced given the quality of the rooms.

Myself, my boyfriend and best friend decided to take a trip down to Uluwatu and chose Dreamsea as it looked stunning and the ocean would be at your front door and we were not disappointed Myself and my partner stayed in one of the suites and the room was beautifully decorated in a boho style, our only complaint about the room was that the bed was somewhat noisy when turning over. The room looked straight out onto the ocean and even my boyfriend was able to get a good nights sleep regardless of the loud ocean noises. If you are a light sleeper they provide ear plugs in the room but we didn't see the need for us as it was lovely to fall asleep listening to the ocean. In the room there is a safe and a fridge with a glass water bottle that you can have refilled anytime at the bar. I didn't want to be carrying glass around me on the steps so would have my big plastic bottle refilled which they did instead. My friend stayed in a dorm room with en suite and really enjoyed her experience it is very communal outside with lots of seating and macrame swings and was a great way to get to know people or relax and do some work. Due to COVID you pay for the one bed but get the whole room to yourself which is a great deal price wise. The food at the hotel was lovely and we ended up eating there a few nights of our stay as they had such a wide variety and the food was always delicious. Highly recommend the nasi goreng and beef randang. The staff were lovely and just great fun to be around, definitely a credit to the whole place. Be aware like many places in Bali there are monkeys but there is ample information around the hotel and in your room of what to do to avoid having anything taken by them and the staff are always on hand in case one of them gets a little aggressive. Will definitely be visiting again when we get the chance to be down in Uluwatu.

I absolutely loved my stay at the Dream Sea! Im traveling on my own and I stayed in the shared accommodation. The whole property looks exactly like in the images it is so tranquil and beautifully designed. The food and drinks at the restaurant are delicious and the staff were always extremely helpful. The only thing I would want people to know before booking is that the lower rooms are quite loud at night because the waves are literally a few metres a way from you. SO if you're a light sleeper I suggest staying in the top floors! I would come back for sure! Thank you for an unforgettable stay :)
