The resort is incredible. We visited for our honeymoon and it was very romantic. Everyone that works on the property is super nice and helpful. We did one of the hiking trail and the vineyards along the path were breathtaking. Good was amazing!!! Definitely would go back.

'Michelin' starred Restaurant served food containing allergen despite being told of an allergy, causing vomiting and two days of migraine. After the two night stay we left stressed, sick and tired. Management's first offer was a refund of the allergen containing dessert (€16) plus their cheapest bottle of wine (not much use to someone vomiting and with a migraine) and an apology note. We refused to pay for one of the three meals and they eventually refunded the €165 cost. We requested a refund of the wasted accommodation element of our ruined trip and were 'offered' a 25% reduction. No doubt they will reply that we accepted this reduction, we did. Things go wrong, that's life but in the hospitality sector at this price point you will be judged by how you respond to errors not by how much money you keep from the customer. Management preferred money over customer satisfaction, this is not a negotiation. The most challenging VTT cycle route advertised is not maintained and is too dangerous to use. We went with the intention of our son riding the VTT course which he could not do, we were misled. I would add that the Michelin starred Restaurant did not open on time and service was so bad that most tables appeared to have to serve their own drinks. Table was not fully cleaned and floor was unswept. The 'surprise menu' (the irony of the 'surprise' was that the Chef clearly did not tell the waiter what it contained!) was underwhelming.

Really enjoyed our stay. Wonderful setting, good service throughout the hotel. Beautiful style of the property and furnishings. Very accommodating and friendly to children as well. Main remark is that the room upon checkin needed extra cleaning.
