My family and I were staying here for a week. Communication before check-in was good. We had a 2 bed 2 bath apt facing a busy noisy road. But that wasn't an issue for us. What did upset me though was the fact that you're charged R600 (£30) for check-out cleaning at the check-in time and then you find hair in your bathtub, bed and on the headboard! TV was a joke too - it only had a power cable, no satellite connection, and the management expects you to have a netflix or amazon prime accounts to watch TV. Mind you, we only needed it to keep our grandma busy whilst out and about. It took them 3 or 4 days to sort it out - a complete joke! All in all the apt is ok, but the lack of service has ruined it for us. Will not be coming back.

Nice place to book and reasonable. However, they need to ensure that the electricity meter is fully loaded as we ran out of electricity. Also to mention that you get 3 toilet papers for the duration of your stay

3Warwick Mansions.
Good communicatie before arrival. They can arrange a pick up at the airport via Sisonke Tours for a good price.
Entrance was a little bit trouble. We had to wait 20 min before the key arrived. And after a 19 hour trip you want to go to bed.
Apartment is ok. 2 bedrooms, living, bathroom and kitchen.
Kitchen had enough cuttlery but only 1 little pan for cooking meat. Only 1 towel but it has a dishwasher with tablets. And we found coffee and tea. We didn't see a cleaninglady, so with 3 persons we were running out of towels, toiletpaper and shampoo.
No elevator in the building and this apartment is on the first floor. Sun in the morning on your balcony and at the swimmingpool. Sun is gone at the pool at 3.30pm
The apartment is dark inside.
Reception people are friendly and helpful especially the guy on duty during the day. They give you 2 keys from the apartment. Storage of suitcases is possible, nice. Parkinglot available. Door does not close very well. You have to lock it when you are inside otherwise it goes open. Watch the door when you open it, of can only half open.
The water in the bad does not drain very well.
Situated next to Main Road, where a lot of traffic is during the day. It's not a quiet spot but you walk in 15 min to V&A Waterfront.

The apartments in this building are of high quality standard and beautifully decorated. Unfortunately the road noise is excruciating if the balcony door is open. Secure parking. Otherwise perfectly located.

We stayed in the apartment for 12 days. We checked with management beforehand, they were very friendly and accommodating and told us that the rooms would be ready at 3pm. None of that was true, all the conversations were superficial.
Shame on you, the rooms weren't ready until 5.30pm. I can't recommend the apartment, it's far too loud because the complex is on the main road. The biggest drama was that management arranged for thieves to do the cleaning. They actually opened our locked suitcases and rummaged around for valuables and stole money. We reported it to the police, but management wasn't interested at all. We didn't receive any further information!
Once and never again. There are definitely better places to stay in Cape Town.

First to say about this property is you cannot walk outside in this area after 6pm and the noise on the main road in front regardless of the floor you are on is deafening. On Friday and Saturday evenings the road turns into a drag strip for modified cars and the Harley Davidson club! Sitting outside on the 9th floor balcony you cannot hear the person talking on the opposite side of the table.

But lets talk about the agency that manages this property which is the real problem! The company is called Propr and they are nowhere to be found once you have arrived. They dont answer there phones, they have no appreciation for time keeping, they quality of the cleaning is shocking and they are totally unashamed in having your electricity cut off because they have not paid the bill or your gas going out halfway through your BBQ.

We were suppose to check in at 3pm. At 3:10pm still no one in sight, I called their office, nobody answered. The front desk attendant at the entrance to the Warwick building also tried without avail. Finally the person in charge showed up, no apology for keeping us waiting etc. Up we went to the 9th floor, 5 or 6 cleaners still in the midst of cleaning running around like chickens. Wi-Fi is terrrible outside the main living room as they use cheap repeaters that leave you hanging or you dont get any internet signal. If you bring device that relies on 2.4Ghz connection it wont work, this is a 5Ghz Wi-Fi only. The housekeeping team finally left at 4:30pm, then the outside patio cleaner still had to come and clean the outside areas, he arrive at 6:30pm. This is all day 1!

A few days later one night at about 8pm the electricity just went out, turns out PROPR had not topped up the meter leaving us in the dark without any flashlight. Had to once again reach out via Airbnb messenger to find someone from PROPR. Cleaning has been an ongoing problem with the inside floors being left filthy to the point that when you step into the shower black water runs from your feet. This was the same after 2 cleaning sessions. Some of the bulbs in the bed side table not working, the TV remote batteries flat, the BBQ dial knobs broken to the point that you dont know if your bbq is hot, cold or completely off! BBQ gas bottle not changed on the day of cleaning when the cleaner was specifically asked if the bottle was full, the list with PROPR goes on and on and on….be warned!!

The area where the property is have rough sleepers literally 200 yeards down the road with a shanty arrangement starting to appear on the side of the main road. We are from South Africa so not easily frightened by crime but my wife refused to go to the local shop after 6pm at night, the area is not safe and frequented by suspicious characters looking for an opportunity.

The apartment has great internal space and have all the amenities you need but the noise on the road in front and the inability to walk around here late at night makes this property unsuitable in my opinion. If the former doesn’t scare you, be very aware of the agent PROPR who will most certainly wreck your holiday, they are clueless when it comes to customer service! You have been warned.
