If you're looking for a hotel with new finishing in the area this is it. We were about to get on a cruise at Civitavecchia but couldn't find a decent hotel that was recently renovated. We didn't like old bathrooms, old beddings and old toilets :) So everything was recently remodeled and clean. One drawback was the lack of elevator so we had to pull our big suitcases up one level. Also my first time that hotel did not provide a blanket.... only a flat sheet was on the bed upon check in. We asked the staff to give us one later which was fine. Staff were overall helpful and nice. Hotel was around 3-4 blocks away from beach. We went in mid Sept and the neighborhood was extremely quiet. Most of the nearby restaurants (rated fairly good on tripadvisor) were CLOSED all day. Not sure if they would remain closed all months except summer holidays. No shops nearby. So it would just be a place to sleep with nothing to do.

The small town is a beautiful, clean and pleasant hotel. The seafront is nearby. Beds were comfortable. Peace was not disturbed by anyone. The breakfast was tasty and rich. Parking was free on the street.

Would recommend and would stay here again. Clean rooms and En suite facilities. Staff friendly. Breakfast good for all. Lots of choice and caters for intolerances and allergies. Close to beach. Very Italian area. Mostly seemed to be local in the town. Nice place to stop for a few days.

We used this hotel as a stopover on the way back from Tuscany to FCO. Nice clean, modern hotel, near a sandy beach and restaurants. Easy, free parking on street outside, continental brkfst with gluten free options, rooms modern, decent shower, AC, bott water in fridge in room, nothing special but would stay again. Downside, no kettle in room?

Close to the beach and amenities and situated on a large avenue with ample parking. very clean and comfortable with a decent breakfast. No facilities for dining at night so a walk along the front is the only way to find something. We drove out of town for few miles to agraturissmo "Sao Matteo" instead.
