Our family had the pleasure to stay at the VillaBlanca hotel on our first trip to Huatulco. The hotel was centrally located--walking distance to the bank, supermarket, the beaches, and numerous great restaurants. Check-in and staff: The check-in was uneventful and quick. The staffs were all friendly and welcoming. Hotel & ground: It was wonderful to experience such a hotel in a lush, green setting. We loved to be able to see the iguana roaming near the pool and all the various bird calls. The room felt very dark, but it was cleaned and the beds were comfy. Restaurant/food: Food at the restaurant was surprisingly very good. We went out to explore daily, but always came back to the restaurant to try either breakfast or a small late evening meal. All the staffs were very quick and attentive. Overall, we loved our stay at VillaBlanca and would definitely stay the hotel again on our next trip. There were a few minor annoyances that potential guest(s) should be aware of though--we love the birds and wildlife, but they can be quite noisy. The rooms next to the pool can get a lot of noise from the pool. The hotel rooms were pretty dark and moist so there were a lot of mosquitoes. Keep on spray those repellent and watch out for the kids!

I had an amazing two weeks at the villablanca. I had a ground floor room with a patio facing the pool! There were 2 double beds and a refrigerator which was nice! The bed was extremely comfortable! What really made this trip special were the amazing employees! They all went out of their way to be helpful and quickly took care of any issues that came up!The hotel is in a perfect location to walk to town or the beach! I ate at the restaurant a few times and each dish I ordered was delicious! Recommend trying the chicken with black mole!! Thank you Divina, Carol, Israel, josue,Jorge and Alfredo!! You all are the best!!

These people really think they have something special here. They do not. First of all, their tamales made me sick--had to go to the doctor. But besides that--get this.. your only allowed 1 coffee packet per day. Seriously? Why is that an issue? Well, if your an early riser like me, and you run out of coffee--guess what? The restaurant does not open until 8:30 a.m. So now what do you do? Cant ask for more coffee because they will tell you only 1 packet per day allowed. A 50 cent packet of coffee... This is ludicrous. So if you need more coffee, a walk across the street to OXXO is required. I stayed here March 16 through March 23rd. This was actually my first trip to Huatulco, and should have stayed someplace else. This is an average hotel--back in the United States--maybe a $75 per night comparison. This place is not in the customer service business. If a customer wants more coffee--you give them all the coffee they want. As usual with Mexico; can never get enough ice in your water at the restaurant. I will never stay here again... should have stayed at the Holiday Inn just right up the road. Place was an absolute joke.... Gene G. (Peoria, IL) United States

This hotel is all of what people say. The staff, location food is all good. My question is how can a 3.5 star hotel go from $120 a night to $440 a night. This could really impact my next visit or will have to change locations.

This is a wonderful hotel in Crucecita has a lot going for it, a great pool, location, a tropical oasis. The rooms are adequate, nothing special, but just what you need, they have great ac, a refrigerator. One thing that stands out most is the hospitality, which is second to none. 5 star service all the way, great job to the entire staff, Josua, Alfredo, Divina, Cesar....mucho gracias hasta la proxima .
