25years since our last visit to the old Headlands, we knew the views would probably be good, they were. What did surprise was the extensive selection of food available from the various dining options. I was however surprised that there was no fine dining or high quality seafood restaurant. The staff were exceptional, conducting their business in a cheerful efficient manne

We paid $1000 dollars a night and were quite disappointed when we arrived to our bedroom. On pulling back the curtains to see the view, there were lots of cobwebs that seemed to have been there a long time. Windows were filthy inside and out. Very dusty and the door on the tv unit was broken. On leaving they are trying to charge us $100 for leaving dishes from the hotel restaurant on the table along with the tv unit that was already broken. Absolutely disgraceful. We have stayed in hotels all over the world and have never come across this.

I should have read the many reviews of this place before we visited for lunch . We have visited before , and it was good on that occasion , but not so now . The level of service , food quality and prices all need addressing . We paid over $70 for two very ordinary meals and two soft drinks . At those prices I expected more . We waited 55 minutes for our meals to show up , on what was a quiet day with not many customers . We were disappointed when the food eventually turned up . My wife’s Barramundi was the smallest fillet I have ever seen , it was smaller than the palm of her hand , sitting on top of literally a spoonful of bean mash with 2 lemon wedges, that was it ! . My Chicken Parmi was your regular club meal with a serving of frozen chips and limp salad sans dressing . I could have got exactly the same meal for half the price down the road at the local club , with possibly better service . The management team need to address these shortcomings . There are too many average to poor ratings for this place , the figures don’t lie . We won’t be back again and won’t recommend it either .

Stayed 2 nights at the hotel in deluxe apartment. When we arrived, the blind in the bedroom was broken and we had no natural light for 3 days. The worst of it was the service. Rang reception straight away and they said their maintenance person would come first thing the next day. Well that didn’t happen during our whole stay. When I emailed the hotel to complain it became obvious that they knew about the broken blind before I checked in but didn’t say anything to me or offer me any discount. Not the standard you expect for the price paid.

Horrible horrible customer service, checkout is at 10 am. I was a little bit late on check out. 10:10 am the cleaners just walked I to the room without knocking and was forcing us to leave the room,it took us a while to leave because there is only one elevator and it was busy. everytime I walked to the room to take something down to the car the cleaners were rudely staring and asking (have you finished have you finished) same attitude by the girl at the reception I usually never write a bad review because I know how hard it is to run a business, but this one just made my day and I had to Thanks
