We stayed at Trisara for three nights and I only have positive things to say! Our experience started as soon as we landed at Phuket Airport. As we booked directly with the hotel, we were provided with a complimentary personal concierge upon disembarkation from our aircraft. We were through the VIP immigration lane, with our bags collected by a porter and in the SUV to the hotel in less than ten minutes! Had we not benefited from this service it would have taken us nearly an hour just to clear immigration. This made an excellent start to our holiday and was a taste of things to come. Upon entering the grounds of the hotel we were immediately taken aback by the beautiful sweeping drive and the verdant green foliage and trees which hugged it. We arrived into reception where we were warmly greeted by the hotel manager. A cool welcome drink, made using flowers from the hotel property, was provided. Sensing we were tired after a long flight, and we had a baby with us, we were offered check-in at our villa. I knew at this point this hotel’s service would be exceptional. Exceptional service means being able, among other things, to read the cues of your guests. You don’t even have to ask; you just know what your guests want. One such example is when you arrive at a hotel after a long journey, we just want to get to the room and skip the verbose introduction and tour of the property. No doubt sensing this was the case after a long flight with a baby, we were taken straight to our villa, where check-in was promptly performed. Exceptional. Our villa was beautiful and well appointed. The sea view was nothing short of stunning. We had lots of space for storing all of our luggage. Amenities including a cot, steriliser, nappy bin, baby bath and other helpful items were provided for our baby. The minibar was well stocked. The bed was large and comfortable. The showers were nice and the bathtub was huge. I cannot fault the villa. It was heaven! Having a baby, we could enjoy the pool while he was sleeping inside the villa. This was an excellent amenity and something we didn’t realise we would appreciate as much as we did until this holiday! The villa was also very clean and housekeeping visited twice a day. We ate in the hotel’s Thai restaurant twice, for lunch and dinner. The food and service were exceptional on both occasions. There is a very good selection of wine, champagne and cocktails. Having recently been refurbished, the food and beverage areas were beautifully designed and comfortable. Which brings me onto breakfast, my favourite meal of the day. There was a wide selection of breakfast options, including pancakes, eggs made to order, cinnamon French toast, fruit, Asian food, and pastries. As someone who is gluten intolerant, I was very well taken care of: the hotel made me gluten free cinnamon French toast with mango, cream and fruit; and gluten free pancakes with strawberry. The gluten free bread was very nice and even my husband enjoyed eating it. The coffee was also delicious, as were the fresh juices. On Sunday, we enjoyed the Sunday Brunch, with jazz music accompanying a BBQ of seafood and other meats. This was a lovely occasion and one which many people including ourselves enjoyed. Coming back to the service, this is something which really sets this hotel apart. The staff are excellent and made a special effort with our son. They were very friendly and hospitable. Not once were we asked for our room number when dining, which again is testament to the personalised service and also the intimacy of this hotel. As we booked directly with the hotel, we were given a wellness resort credit for the spa. My husband and I both had a 90 minute massage which was very relaxing. We would undoubtedly return, next time for a longer stay. This is an exceptional hotel which, whilst more expensive than other hotels, is good value for money taking into account our entire experience. Trisara, we will be back; you are the best!

Hotel's Favourite
My wife and daughter just spent 7 nights at this amazing resort for the 5th time. The current General Manager is most accomodating and heavily involved in all facets of the stay. As expected the food, accommodation, staff and cleanliness were outstanding. Our daughter is vegan and they catered for her in all aspects of her diet. Khun Tor has been at the resort since close to its initial opening. He is without doubt an absolute genius when it comes to for filling customer expectations. We will definitely be returning in 2024.

My husband, son and I just returned from a glorious week at Trisara. It is a beautiful oasis, a wonderfully designed resort, with incredible attention to detail. The villas are arranged so that you never see your neighbours as you are surrounded by the most lush vegetation - palm trees, flowers - that provides a real sense of privacy. All the villas are well appointed, incredibly comfortable and have fabulous sweeping and unimpeded views of the beautiful sea. The staff are a delight - always smiling, friendly, and incredibly helpful and accommodating. The food was fantastic - in addition to the most delicious Thai meals, we also enjoyed mediterranean cuisine - and the setting of eating outside overlooking the beach and the setting sun is a perfect way to end the day. There are plenty of things to do - paddle-boarding, snorkelling, yoga - but you can also just enjoy the sound of the waves crashing on the shore while you sip a cocktail under an umbrella or read a book in one of the hammocks - bliss. I highly recommend a stay here - you won't regret it!

Since our last visit there have been some changes which has made the hotel even better, if that was ever possible. The range of new restaurants is very impressive and offers guests the choice to dine somewhere different in the evenings and choose from a great selection of tastes: the new restaurants now offer fish, Thai, Mediterranean etc each with their own bespoke feel. A very impressive pizza oven has arrived onsite too so every taste is catered for now. PRU has moved onsite to a new setting high up with views. New outdoor furniture adds to the new feel, and the atmosphere everywhere is stylish but relaxed. Well done to the GM Marc (who arrived shortly after our last visit) and Sylvain the F&B manager who has a passion to offer guests the best of choices. An excellent hotel in every sense.

One of unique resort I've stayed at. Private. Serenity. Even bought my own flamingo floatie to the pool. My boyfriend and I had a wedding here. It was a memorable experience. Tropic vibes. ✨🥂🌿 The brunch and seafood buffet were amazing. I really enjoyed it with stunning beachfront views.

My wife and I decided to compare four luxury resorts in Thailand (Four Seasons ,Chang Mai, Six Senses Yao Noi and the Intercontinental, Kamala beach). Perhaps, the best comparison for discerning travelers would be the Six Senses versus Trisara because they both represented high-end luxury resorts on the beach. There was simply no comparison between these two resorts. We stayed in a junior ocean pool suite (the lowest room category). When we entered the room, the view was simply amazing. The room was immaculate. We were concerned that a few reviews indicated that the resort was somewhat tired. That description most certainly fits the Six Senses but not Trisara. The ground were impeccably beautiful. Groundskeepers constantly at work. Gorgeous flowers throughout the resort. The breakfast had a huge selection of delicious options. Additionally, the service throughout this resort was flawless. It should be noted that I paid $500 a night less for this resort than the Six Senses. However, the difference in quality between these two resorts was huge. I actually think that Trisara’s management should take over the Six Senses. The Six Senses has an incredible view of the protruding limestone rocks, but other than that it did not compare to Trisara. Prior to leaving on our journey, I could not have imagined that I would have enjoyed Trisara so much more than the Six Senses, but there you go, an honest review from a discerning traveler. Thank you Trisara for three wonderful days at your “ close to perfection” resort.

We had 10 wonderful days at Trisara. The sea-view villa was fantastic, and the food was excellent (many thanks for the flexibility at the Thai restaurant). The staff deserves special mention. They are more than fantastic—singling out names wouldn't be fair, as every team member went above and beyond. Many, many thanks to the Trisara team for the wonderful vacation. We'll be back. Trisara is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed, all units are pool villas and every villas have great view. I stayed there with my 2 kids, when I first arrived our villa was not ready, so we were offered to stay in a Junior Suite which was also very comfortable and has great view as it is on the top. Later we moved to our Villa which is Ocean View Pool Villa, OMG! So big, very comfortable and amazing, we have big pool, not like other hotels that quite small. We really enjoyed our family time there!

My stay at Trisara was amazing, it was home away from home and I had a truly luxurious experience. The booking process was very smooth via emailing reservations. The limousine pick up had the delicious home made granola bars on the Volvo xc90. Khun Marc, GM came for a greeting during the check in and the welcome drink was provided in style with via a cocktail shaker, and the guest relations team provided me with a nice tour of the property. Even though it rained so much but spending time in the amazing and spacious sea view room was very satisfying and relaxing, the homemade chocolate truffles were also very nice. What made me really happy was seeing a Dentiste toothbrush set! Definitely one of the few hotels who provide a high quality set :) Breakfast was lovely and because I didnt get a chance to go out to explore the city but I was very very happy I got to have a very local dish which is the Kanom Jeen and Nam Ya. Then sadly it was time to check out. A truly memorable experience in Phuket so a huge thanks to the team and I hope I will be back soon! One very final thing; I lovedddd the greenery in the hotel so much!

We stayed in the early of 2022. Facilities and hospitality are almost perfect, we enjoyed it. However, the room cleanliness is bad, there are hairs on the floor and the bottles in the minibar. I complained and they changed the room for us but the new assigned room was the same... Additionally, when we asked breakfast boxes, they packed an expired juice for us. As the token of their apologies to these problems, they gave us a wine or champagne but unfortunately we don't drink alcohol. I guess the cause of these careless mistakes is that we have booked cheapest offer.

We hereby reiterate our apologies for the service shortfalls you experienced. The incidents you described should not occur in an establishment like ours where we are committed to provide every guest with the highest levels of service and care.
