There is no beach in this hotel ! We have booked through booking.com as an information beachfront is there , under activity also beach mentioned however it’s not a beach , there are couple of sunbaths which are located next to the restaurant not at the seaside. There are water sports. There is no towel service nor at the beach neither at swimming pool. At the swimming pool one bartender I think came left the menu and never came back. We waited for 2 hours and We couldn’t order anything. We have to go to the bar in order to give an order which purposely we didn’t because they should do that. Let’s come to the main thing. This is not a hotel. This is a very beautiful living complex combine with some quantity of hotel rooms. I think there are 22 rooms. Do not mistaken this place as a hotel. Also we tried to understand the concept of the hotel receptionist mentioned that this place is a like huge living complex (lots of villas private owners) with small boutique hotel. Fitness is very nice also. There is no coffee in the room. There is no way you can get a holiday feeling here because this place is not common service oriented hotel. Simply you are paying only for the room. Should have came here without expectations.…

I had an incredible experience at the spa! The staff, including the masseuse and hotel reception, were extremely friendly and welcoming upon my arrival. The spa itself was stunning and impeccably clean. The masseuse kindly escorted me to the massage room, which conveniently had its own bathroom for changing and showering. The massage itself was absolutely amazing. The masseuse paid close attention to my preferences, ensuring that the pressure applied was just right. I left the spa feeling completely refreshed and revitalized. I highly recommend this spa to anyone staying at the hotel or those in the area seeking spa facilities. The hotel and its facilities are also stunning and well-maintained. The restaurant boasts an incredible location with a breathtaking view, and the food and drinks were delicious. Also highly recommend the Watersport Club, which offers a wide range of exciting water activities to choose from, including Jet boots, Fliteboards, sea bobs, sailing boats and more... I haven't seen this equipment offered anywhere else, plus the bay is beautiful and protected. There's something for everyone to enjoy!…

Attended a ticketed event in July 2022. Drinks to an hour to be served after 3 repeating orders. Snacks were dry and poor. Organization was terrible. The service and the attitude of the manager was the worst. I would give it a zero if I could. Go ANYWHERE else!

Attended a live music concert on July 11th, 2022. Bought tickets online and called in advance to make sure we will be comfortably seated. Experienced the rudest attitude by a man who claimed to be restaurant manager when we asked for bar stools so that we could sit. Had to order 4 times until they finally served our drinks, which took around 45 minutes -half way throught the concert- Beautiful destination with such a poor service and terrible, terrible attitude. Never going back!

Nice room its spotless and cleaned daily. I was pleasantly surprised, the accommodation was great. The hotel staff was very kind and accommodating. Would definitely recommend and would certainly stay here again.
