We came to Double tree Hilton Bristol north for a business meeting and overnight stay and the entire time Ana was the most attentive host! I would happily come back again as long as Ana is there! Definitely recommend!

Hotel's Favourite
We stayed as part of a holiday trip throughout England and Wales. This is a business hotel but excellently located and very good quality as you have come to expect from Hilton. Room was of a good size, clean and comfortable. Best to upgrade as you get additional amenities and a sofa. My daughter loved the pool. Whilst The food menu was limited, the food was good, and breakfast was the best part of the food offering. Overall, we had a great stay and the staff couldn't do enough for you. I will definitely use again if in the area

Very misleading website. After checking the website, there were no restrictions for the pool, yet when I got my email through minutes before the cancellation cut-off, I found that there were restrictions. It did not state WHAT restrictions, so this of of no use at all, other than I've selected a hotel with a pool, but don't know if I can use it in MY evening, I have to get there to find out FFS!. When I booked for 4 days, I expected house keeping, how wrong I was. Even though they knew I booked 4 days, there was no mention of zero housekeeping during my stay. Spent over 90 minutes on the phone, no reply. Web chat, no help - just call the hotel direct - Hmmmmmmmm, tried that! Never gonna stay in this chain again.

Another stay at North Bristol double tree Hotel which was enjoyable from start to finish. Made all the better by the staff, in reception, the restaurant, especially Anna in the evening and Janice and Harry at breakfast and in the leisure centre.
