Awesome quiet place to stay, 5 min ride to Kata beach and supermarkets just down the road. Apartment self contained and has everything you need. Glen & Noi are lovely and very helpful. They even have motorbikes to rent which I recommend as there is a steep hill and hence the name ‘Mountain Seaview’.

Very very nice people have this place, always ready to help. Very good WiFi, very god look at the see, and a very very god room I have in the top. Normally quite here , and always in the evening. A little long and strong way if you work to the beach, but for my I have a motorbike rent from this place

I stayed for around 12 days and found it suited me almost perfectly. Location is brilliant- just 7 minute walk to the busy main streets of Karon. Yet nestled on a hill where it was very quiet and peaceful. Even though I had the most basic room on the ground floor I still had spectacular views. My studio room had been recently refurbished and had a modern and well equipped kitchenette and bathroom. Cable t.v. with a lot of English channels, although reception was variable. Wi-fi connection was always strong. Free drinking water provided. Really clean, with maid service every 4 days. Bed was a little hard but that's just a Thai thing. Great to have an outside table and chairs to relax in. Very private and safe for a single female but the owners were always available to help if required. The only tiny flaw was that because it was on top of a very steep hill, the walk returning from town was arduous for the last few minutes.

After over 10 visits to phuket in various hotels and apartments we have finally found it...... the one that ticks all the boxes. Great view, great location at the back of kata, close to the best beach in phuket and great service. Clean comfortable rooms. Quite. Really am at home here.

A very comfortable and good value stay. I got one of the cheap minibus taxis from the airport, which dropped me off at the main road through Kata, but it was only a 5 min walk to the property, as the hill is not as bad as some suggest if you go the right way. Whilst the hotel is set up off the main road, the location is still a plus for those not looking to stay right in the noisy streets of Kata but still have the convenience and the view. The staff gave me a really friendly welcome, were very hospitable and keen to offer help and get me settled in. Being a backpacker on a budget I went for the most affordable room which was on the ground-floor, but this still had a sea view which was lovely to wake up to in the morning. Amenities: - well - appointed kitchen, big, comfy bed, drinking water, toaster etc. aircon/fan, and the apartment was spotless throughout. the managers Jordan and Prati were really helpful and offered me detergent to use in the on-site laundry as I had none of my own. They have an office in the neighbouring property and reception in one of the apartments themselves and so were readily available to answer any queries. Another nice addition to the apartment was an outside area with tables and chairs. The hotel have a number of well-maintained scooters available for hire, which was a real help and preferable to trying my luck with one of the more sketchy hire shops in town, and it meant that I didn't have to walk down the hill to the main road to get one. For me the main reason I chose this place was the integration of the diving school, which is also ran by the manager Jordan. I did an open-water course here during my stay and it was a massive plus to have the ability to drive to dive sites directly from your apartment door, and it made both the diving and the stay in the accommodation a more pleasant experience. It was ideal to be able to return from a tiring day out diving and know that I had a very comfortable and quiet room. Shops and restaurants are a 1 minute drive down to the main road. Overall I had a really pleasant time and would definitely stay here again.
