The hotel is nearly to center area of Kata beach. The bed is huge to sleep and I enjoy to walk to the Kata beach which is near to the hotel, enjoy the foods in nearby restaurant. There is a small pool for you to swim and lay down to rest. Staff was nice and have mind service to help you as much as you can
We booked 4 nights here in a Deluxe Pool Access Room. After a slight hiccup at check-in, which was the booking agent's fault, not the hotel's, we finally got to our room. It was a good size with a nice deep bath (specifically booked for the wife) and separate shower cubicle. Free tea and coffee were included and they also topped up the mini fridge with 2 bottles of water, a 3 pack of Oreos 2 cans of fizzy drink and 1 small carton of fruit juice, all free of charge daily. The pool was a good size with a nice jacuzzi area. Breakfast was served to our room for the 1st 2 days, as there were very few tourists around and was plentiful and filling. After that, it was a buffet at the restaurant. We didn't need any lunch. I would happily stay here again.
Busy hotel. Pros: basic but clean room, water, soft drinks, juice and Oreo biscuit for free replenished every day. Good and varied breakfast. Near the beach, restaurants, massages, exchange booths, public transportation, pool (the water is a bit cold though). Cons: several irritating things. They are all minors but all together made me sulk. The check-in is 2pm even when the rooms are already done; we pay (deposit) 100 bath if we need a second key; 10% discount in the Mama restaurant (to be presented before ordering) but the fresh seafood to be grilled is not included; we have to present a card for the breakfast to the receptionist each morning, bad internet connection, staff don’t understand or speak English enough. It is not a bad hotel but we don’t leave it happy.
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel until we checked out when they charged us for a mark on the bedding that wasn’t ours. I had noticed this mark prior but when they checked the room before we left they said they wanted an extra 300 BHT for the mark. This left a bad taste in my mouth and ruined the stay which had been pleasant up until then.
Me and my partner stayed at this hotel for our 2 weeks holiday in Thailand in November and it was a great hotel! The staff/housekeepers were always very polite and welcoming, room/communal areas were always kept clean and tidy, if we ever needed anything they were happy to help which is hat you would expect! Everything was so close to it, the beach was one short road In front of it, plenty of restaurants and shops to pick from if you needed anything! Nice how they have each room based off of a fashion designer, views from the balcony were beautiful! The only thing we think could have been better was abit more room around the pool as it would fill up fast so all the sun loungers would be taken up but not a major fault as the beach was so close so always a place for sunbathing! If you’re ever in Thailand I would definitely recommend this hotel. …
