I spent a week in this property with a friend. We arrived without booking, only impressed by the excellent reviews found online. Upon our arrival the welcome was special, the "people of smiles" never disappoint. They told us there was availability, showed us a room and explained the resort's services. We decided to stay because at first glance - which was later confirmed - the room was clean, sufficiently spacious, with a large wardrobe, safe, kettle, tea, coffee, minibar and free daily glass bottled water. Comfortable bed and pillows. Air conditioning always working and adjustable according to your needs. Always stable WiFi. Beach/pool towels provided.
We had a problem with the wardrobe light and 5 minutes after pointing it out the maintenance man came and fixed everything. Sky, however, activated immediately when the room keys were demagnetized.
We only tried the restaurant on the day of our arrival for lunch, excellent food and a fair price. The exterior is very well looked after, with two swimming pools suitable for adults and children who offer happy hour and umbrella service. The hotel is located in a very central position but far from the chaos of the main street, in 5 minutes on foot you reach the beach equipped with umbrellas and sunbeds at a cost of 200 tbh per day.
The breakfast is top. High quality of food, wide choice of both Asian and international foods. Egg and salad station, choice of fruit and yogurt, fruit juices, desserts. Espresso machine (excellent!), cappuccino, milk and all types of hot drinks.
I also really liked the fact that the resort does not have closed spaces with very high air conditioning as used here: the rooms and reception are open, overlooking the swimming pools or a very well-kept greenery.
I also tried the gym, not as well equipped but functional during a relaxing stay: towels and water are provided for free; the air conditioning was too high, too cold, but that's a personal taste.
On the last day we asked for a late check out but until 6pm it had a cost of 2000 tbh, too much for our pockets, but we were able to leave our luggage at reception and continue to use the facilities' services.
What can I say ultimately... if one day I return to Phuket this will be my first choice, thanks also to the staff who are always smiling, helpful and ready to help you. Above all I cannot fail to mention Sky and Apple, thank you for your welcome and your warm daily smile!

We had a great holiday at the hotel. We initially considered this hotel chain because we knew that the price and quality matched. We were extremely pleased with our choice of hotel. The geographical location from Kata Beach is ideal; if you wish, you can walk about 1.5 km to the incredible Kata Noi Beach. The breakfasts at the hotel are excellent, there was always something to eat. The room was cleaned daily, towels, including beach towels, were renewed daily. And the best part is the extremely polite and friendly hotel staff. If we go to Phuket again, we will definitely stay at this hotel.

We vacationed at Chanalai Flora Resort in mid-October 2023. The overall impression is that the hotel is wonderful, I want to come back here.

More specifically, the advantages:
— very friendly staff, trying to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We checked in two hours earlier (thanks to the reception staff and Karen, in particular).
— every evening the hotel hosts organized dinners of different themes: bbq buffet, sushi buffet, noodle day, etc. This is for a fee (about 400 baht per person), and not quite a buffet in our understanding, more like a buffet, but overall we liked it.
— room cleaning was excellent, towels and consumables were changed every day (shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper)
- nice green area.
— an excellent swimming pool (even two) on site.
— I would especially like to mention the bartender by the pool, a very friendly person who created a pleasant atmosphere throughout the entire holiday.
— Kata beach is a 5-minute walk.

Small disadvantages:
— monotonous, albeit delicious breakfasts.
— the nearest 7-11 is about a 10-minute walk, but there is a small store near the hotel, and a minimarket near the entrance to Kata.

We stayed at this hotel from January 13 to 24. Of course, spending so many days in one hotel in Thailand is our mistake, which we will take into account for the future. But that's not what this is about. Check-in went quickly, but we arrived early in the evening. We took the Grand room, were put in room 3306 with a view of the roof of the neighboring building, the smell of dampness in the room and generally ugly. The next day we moved into the same one, but with a better view. But still, it was a room without renovation, just like in the photos on the website. For the money we paid, living in such a room was very unpleasant.
The cleaning is average, the floors are not washed, the dust is not wiped.
Shampoos, tea and other consumables are not always included. I had to remind them or take the maids from the carts myself.
Breakfast is good, but average. We literally had breakfast 3-4 times, the rest of the time we went to other places (we really liked the Italian cafe 50m from the hotel). Fortunately, breakfast was not included in the price of our stay.
On top of that, we were poisoned by Pepperoni pizza in the hotel restaurant and spent 2 days in our room. They didn't risk eating there anymore.
The location of the hotel is excellent, 5 minutes walk to the beach. This is really a big plus for a hotel on Kata. I really liked the Sky managers and the girl (I didn’t remember her name) in the blue dress. They were friendly and hospitable and tried to resolve any issues. But, I repeat, the price-quality ratio in the case of our particular room is definitely bad. Perhaps next time we will come back here, but just for a couple of nights to refresh our memories and swim at Kata beach.

We came to this hotel after reading positive reviews. Maybe we were unlucky or the hotel management is so bad, I don’t know. We booked it ourselves. At the meeting, we were not treated to welcome drinks, there was confusion with the eyebrow. Finally sorted it out towards the end of the holiday. The cleaning is disgusting. During the week, our room was cleaned before lunch only once. The rest of the time after 15-00, and sometimes only by calling, although the sign asking to remove the room was posted from 8 in the morning! They simply ignore these signs. The cleaning itself is bad, 10 minutes. Although cleaning carts will be able to stand at the room for 1.5 hours. The tiles in the shower and the plumbing are dirty, the limescale deposits are not cleaned. When we checked in, there was no bedside table or table lamps in the room. The lamps were brought all covered in dust and they remained dusty until I wiped them myself. They never brought the bedside table, so we had to use the only chair instead. The shelves are painted with paint, it sticks. The room smells like mold, there is dust all around, the air conditioner is clogged with this dust, there is no insulation, you can hear your neighbors very much. It's good that we came across calm people. This is the Grand number. They start cleaning the pool when guests are already relaxing there, after 9 o’clock. In the pool itself, the tiles are falling off and the water is not always clean. The breakfasts were more or less satisfactory and the waiters are trying their best. The staff don't always say hello, especially the cleaners. A C grade hotel suitable for undemanding guests.

We had a rest with the whole family. We liked the hotel, very friendly staff. The food is good.
I celebrated my birthday here. I received pleasant compliments in the form of dessert and decorations in the room in the form of elephants.

My friend and I stayed here for 8 nights. We chose it for its excellent reviews and we were not disappointed!! Excellent location, about 5 minutes walk from Kata beach and less than 5 from the main street where you can find all the shops and places to eat but at the same time it remains far from traffic and confusion and in fact we had a great rest! Rooms not very large but still comfortable, with a large wardrobe, a large balcony, quite comfortable beds (perhaps a little hard for those who love soft beds), excellent adjustable air conditioning and excellent wifi! Everything clean, daily cleaning service and change of towels on request. Free water every day as well as tea and coffee kits available in the room. Excellent breakfast, served until 11.00 and continually replenished as soon as something ran out. Wide choice of sweet and savory, express egg station, wide choice of juices/fresh fruit/salads/pancakes/cereals/brioches and various sweets as well as all the Asian and non-Asian savory items... They have a coffee machine and truly exceptional espresso cappuccinos, like drinking coffee at a bar in Italy!! Two beautiful well-kept swimming pools both with bars and sunbeds/towels always available. Excellent restaurant with themed menus every evening at more than fair prices. As for the staff, we were amazed by everyone's kindness and helpfulness!! From the breakfast waiters to the room and garden attendants, always at work smiling and nice, everything was perfect, always tidy and clean!! A special thanks to Sky and Apple, the reception staff who were very kind and welcomed us very well upon our arrival; we hadn't booked anything and they immediately worked to find us a room by showing us (among other things, we saved quite a bit by booking directly on site instead of through the usual booking sites, airbnb or agoda) they were always available and helpful for any need. They gave us the opportunity to stay in the hotel for free, leaving the room at 12.00, and use all the services until our departure (5.00 in the afternoon). So what can I say, I'm very sorry to have to leave again and if I ever return to Phuket I would definitely come back here!! Thank you all 🤎🤎🤎

I stayed at this hotel from January 13 to January 23. Small, cozy, colorful, in traditional Thai style. The staff is sunny, polite, speaks excellent English, and all questions were answered. Upon arrival, ice cream and a drink were given as a compliment from the hotel, which was very pleasing after a 10-hour flight. It’s better not to wait for early check-in, from 14, as in most, and that’s understandable, the hotel is still small and it’s unlikely that there will be a place earlier. The room is very neat, modern key cards, a beautiful shower, tropical and regular, all the shampoos, gels, balms and everything else you might need. The towels were constantly changed, the water was replenished, and those snow-white waffle robes went all the way to the heels😎 And every time you come back, the bed is made, remade, and it’s as if you’re moving into the hotel all over again. Breakfast is not very good, but the coffee from the coffee machine and fried bananas in batter are delicious, again the toast is ok. Plus the fruit and fruit salad are good. And if there is a more substantial 7/11, the one closer is simpler and a kilometer away is very good. And at every step there are sea delicacies, fruits and roti) In general, this is the only hotel in Thailand))) ☺️

Were here for New Year's Eve from 30.12 to 10.01, in general, everything loved. Nice hotel, cozy, green,- two swimming pools, surrounded by buildings. The sea is close. Liked the polite staff, chatted kindly, friendly staff, delicious variety of breakfasts, there was no problem. At first the room was given in the extreme building, but after a couple of days at our request they moved closer to the pool as soon as the room became available. Cleaning is daily, changing towels regularly.
On New Year's Eve, tables were set and there was a gala dinner. Everything is delicious, meat, fish, seafood.
It was nice to be here and spend your vacation in this cozy hotel.

We stayed at this property 5 nights. We booked the day before based on various positive reviews and location. It is located slightly higher than the other structures and from the balcony you can see the sea. It is a 2-minute walk from the main street and 5 minutes from Kata beach. The rooms are comfortable, we had the king size bed and pool view room. Cleaning is carried out daily and on request change of towels and beach towels. Breakfast is very varied and plentiful: sweet savory, Western and Asian food, lots of fruit and good espresso machine. There are two swimming pools with sun loungers and umbrellas. Poolside bar for drinks. There is also a restaurant. The staff.friendly and always available to requests. There are many restaurants and grocery stores nearby. To return.
