Dear Team Ravine, Der r many good things which I would like to say about hotel but as der is words restrictions cant write everything. Positive things: Very good hotel couple friendly. The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in,rooms r very spacious, view is awesome from the room and best in town. Breakfast spread is ok but healthy dishes in layout.every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! superb food taste thanks to head chef.i think food is Gonna b the USP for this hotel in coming days. Need improvements: Dear Team Ravine it's really a beautiful property but housekeeping and maintenance team need to be maintained the hotel as room required good number of maintenance and house keeping works i.e room corners, curtains, room linen was dirty and in the discarded position.most of the areas required paint touchup.door locks need to be maintained, use good chemical to get the floor and room cleaned.mattresse of my room was not firmed may be matress side rotation is not being done by housekeeping. Over all room maintenance and housekeeping need to be focus more and believe next time when I will be der,I would struggle to find out such issues again.my special thanks to chef who just joined this property. All the best and would really recommend this property for stay and spend quality time.

This is my second visit @ ravine (17 to 19 sep). I like the property because it has beautiful rooms with valley view and good spacious rooms as well . I have some observations which i would like to share ,so that hotel management can review and implement . 1. Kindly increase the height of the balcony grill in rooms , its very scary and unsafe for guest as well because if someone fall no chance to survive . 2. Breakfast was not so great , No fresh juice , only papaya in fruits not all like papaya put couple more options .Potato wages & steam vegies was half done . Kindly improvise some good options . 3. Kindly review menu price ,its quite high in terms of food quality and taste . Hotel Staff was very nice and supportive ,surly recommend this hotel to others . Regards Sumit Sharma

Pros : Hotel Ravine palace is an excellent property with superb views , great service , plush rooms , Only hotel with a Lift , good car parking , Roof top DJ , Roof top patio , In dining restaurant, Travel desk ..to plan your day trips and more ... Tips : Opt for Valley view rooms with a balcony If you are with own car then must do a road trip to Tarkeshwar Mahadev Temple , its the best scenic drive in this entire area , good narrow hill roads and easily do able Tip : On your return , if going to Delhi ..Go via Canal road and Haridwar Hiway , its 45 km more than ususal route but much scenic and better roads . Cons : Cant think of anything specefic really . We were a family of 9 adults ,including my 83 year old mother in law ( with a walker ) and we all enjoyed our 4 days stay at Ravine Palace . A big thank you to all the managers and staff of Ravine Palace for making our stay so comfortable !!

We chose the valley view rooms on the 5th floor with amazing views of the valley and hills beyond. Big balconies attached to the room with seating made it even more enjoyable. Room was quite comfy and clean. Bathroom was also clean with 24×7 hot water. Hotel staff was really helpful and catered to all our requests. Wifi was a bit choppy and slow but we were provided with a dongle on request. However, the Jio network here is quite good here and one can enjoy seamless internet connection on hotspot if you own a Jio sim. Coming to the food, the Indian options were really good (butter chicken, biryani etc) but the Asian and Chinese options were below average. Breakfast was decent but had limited options to choose from. TT table, Foosball table and Pool table are also present if one chooses to enjoy some indoor activity.
