The property is easily accessible from the motorway. A respectable 4-star hotel, well maintained, with parking all around.
The large room and equipped with the necessary.
For a surcharge you can access the SPA and the indoor pool: comfortable and clean pool area.
Breakfast in line with expectations.
I gave it 4 stars because under the bed I found an embarrassing amount of dust (my daughter spread her toys all over the room...).
Overall, a nice experience.

I slept in the ground floor rooms and it's like sleeping in a parking lot. The window has no blinds and any car that passed, opened the doors etc.. I woke up.
The rooms are so small that the bed pillow is barely 1.5 meters from the car that parks you outside.
Very small shower, 60cm?
Restaurant with dishes that are too messy and disproportionate in terms of quality and price.
S.p.A.: small and disproportionate in price. In addition to a person going to the spa to relax, they then find themselves listening to the techno music of the water aerobics class for 2 hours. Personale S.p.A. Very rude.
The only positive thing was the cleanliness.

I book the room online with access to the SPA included.
Once we arrive at the facility we find friendly staff at the reception who enlighten us on the location of the room and the spa and inform us of the useful times.
Once we arrive at the reception of the wellness centre, we inform the staff of our name and ask them to show us how to proceed. The staff replied that access to the spa was in front but that a massage was also included for us so they asked us to sit in the designated room first to start with the treatment.
Once the massage has started we hear a loud knock: an operator tells us that they were wrong, there is no massage for us, and to my "we only gave our name, you did everything." I get the reply "Maybe there are other guests in the facility with the same surname as you, if you want to continue you have to pay separately."
Total embarrassment, between us and the operators who were giving us the message, who kindly reassured us, telling us to take it easy and get dressed as soon as we "collected ourselves".
So we go to the spa, but here too there is a bitter taste in our mouths. very full of people, even the queue to access the various treatments. Dirty hot tub, showers not working. We then move to the swimming pool, but unfortunately cold.
We go up to the room... dusty, patched towels, shower water temperature not adjustable, it only arrived lukewarm. Towel heater not working.

ONLY POSITIVE NOTE:
The breakfast and the staff who took care of it.

Money wasted for customers, but above all for the structure, which I would objectively define as beautiful, equipped, but poorly managed.

Together with my girlfriend I used the wellness center exclusively for the "Romeo & Juliet" couples package, the structure is very beautiful and the masseuses very good, the only positive note.
The problem encountered concerns the hygiene of the structure and its defects, which are not adequate in any way for a "Best Western Premier Hotel (hospitality excellence)" structure.
Very dirty hot tub, black dirt at the bottom of the tub; Turkish bath where the shower inside did not work (necessary to rinse the marble seats inside); sauna with the seat slats not fixed, they were moving and the internal handle was broken (it remained in our hands); swimming pool with very cold water also with black pieces on the bottom that moved as you passed; bench area with heated water beds, where all the beds present were broken, half deflated and with a yellow patina on the bottom;
Honestly, the wellness center is a place to relax in luxury, its cost is not negligible but the quality of the service offered (especially in such a 4-star structure) should be impeccable. Not to mention the staff, they should be a little more professional, the episode concerns the request for an aperitif (included in the package) by the pool, 30 minutes after the request for the latter, when I went to request I was told "go ahead, it'll arrive in a few minutes", an impolite expression for the place you are in, among other things, after specifying the requested aperitif twice, it also arrives wrong.
The following criticisms were not made in the facility as no feedback was requested from the staff present.

Stunning location, double bedroom with very comfortable bed and pillows but above all quiet. Top restaurant, we ate very well, compliments to the chef and the excellent waitresses. The only flaw was the wellness center, many things in the spa were not working and also dirty, not to mention the massage which made us die of cold, with practically no horrible background music.

I stayed from 29.10.23 to 01.10.23 with my partner for work reasons, excellent structure with beautiful rooms, excellent spa with swimming pool and gym, excellent restaurant, everything very clean and well taken care of down to the smallest details.
Excellent staff, very professional and very kind.
I recommend it for those who want to spend a few days relaxing and for those who are there for work reasons.

We stayed for the weekend with my boyfriend, taking advantage of the gourmet package. We had a great time and it was a wonderful discovery, I can't find any flaw. Impeccable organization and kindness. In every department, from the very kind receptionist who welcomed us to the girls in the wellness center and the very kind and exquisite dining room staff. We will definitely be back!!!! Nowadays kindness is not a given, especially when working in this field. Thanks again and see you soon!!!

From what I could tell from my stay, this hotel is meant mostly for business people who either are traveling up and down the nearby A-road or have business in Cosenza. It isn’t a very good place for a tourist. As others have said, the hotel is not near anything. There is some kind of an auto repair shop on one side and a deserted lot on the other in an otherwise flat, bland suburban surrounding.

Moreover, there are no common spaces in the hotel that you can use. The bar is tiny and shares a small space with the front desk, and there is no room set aside for sitting and talking. The outside grounds have no place to sit either. Admittedly, there are tables in the (concrete) hotel courtyard but, when I was there, the sun was blazing, and the umbrellas were not in place, so this was not an option. Breakfast and dinner are served in the basement. It is functional for business people who need a convenient place to get a meal, but not very inviting for someone on holiday.

The facilities themselves are rather upscale compared to many Best Western (BW) hotels I have seen, but there is undo emphasis here on energy saving. They suggest that you use a cup of water when brushing your teeth; that you refrain from using the elevator; that you take short showers, and so on. Worse, when I was there, it was pretty hot outside (at least by my standards). But after I complained to the front desk that my room had no A/C, the young man acted kind of surprised and politely told me that the A/C in the hotel was not turned on because management deemed that outside temperature to be insufficiently hot. I’ve never been to a BW where I could not set the room temperature. I found the room too hot to sleep.

If you need a place to rest for a night in the middle of a long drive in this part of Italy, this hotel will serve that purpose, but generally I would not recommend this hotel for people on holiday.
